Honestly, the high rates from Bolt drivers these days are becoming a real concern. What used to be a cheaper and more convenient way of moving around is now almost the same as booking a private ride. Sometimes, the fare even doubles depending on the time or traffic situation.

I understand that drivers also face challenges like fuel costs, car maintenance, and long hours on the road, but passengers too are struggling with rising expenses in everything. It feels unfair when you open the app and see a price that is far above what you expected.

Bolt needs to create a better balance so that both drivers and customers are not at a disadvantage. Transport should be affordable, while drivers should also earn a fair income. Right now, the gap is just too wide.
