“Why are you crying, dear friend?”

I see the tears you try to hide.

The silent battles you fight when no one is watching.

The nights you pretend you’re okay… but your heart is heavy.

But tell me, why are you crying?
Is it because life didn’t go the way you planned?
Because the people you trusted walked away?
Because you gave your all… and still ended up empty?

Dear friend, listen to me…

Your tears are not a sign of weakness.

They are proof that you have loved deeply, tried honestly, and survived quietly.

Cry if you must… but don’t forget who you are.

You are still standing.
You are still breathing.
And that means your story is not over.

The same heart that feels this pain
is the same heart that will feel joy again.

The same eyes that cry today
will smile again tomorrow.

Please don’t give up on yourself.

One day, you will look back at this moment
and realize… you didn’t break.

You bent, you cried, you struggled…
but you RISE.

So wipe your tears, dear friend.
Not because the pain is gone…
but because you are stronger than it.

My favorite Merchantcheena moment was discovering content that felt real and relatable. It made me feel seen and reminded me I’m not alone.

Every scar you carry is proof that you survived something that tried to destroy you.

And if you survived that…

you can survive this too.

Don’t rush your healing.

Don’t compare your journey.

And never believe the lie that your story has ended.

You are still here.

You are still
breathing.

You are still becoming.

And one day, your pain will become someone else’s hope.

Keep standing. Even if your voice shakes. 💔✨

To the one who cries at night but smiles in the morning…

To the one who feels forgotten, rejected, and tired of trying…

To the one who has lost hope but still wakes up every day…

This is for you.

“I cried that night…
And nobody noticed 💔”

“I was always there for everyone…
But when I needed someone, everywhere was silent.”

“That’s when I realized…
Not everyone who smiles with you truly cares.”

“But I didn’t give up.
I started choosing myself… and that changed everything.”

“If you’ve ever felt this way, drop a ❤️
And share this—you’re not alone.”

Happy new month

The old man everyone ignored.

People ignore an old man until they discover his wisdom.

UNFORGETTABLE PAIN.

It was raining that night…

the kind of rain that feels like the sky is mourning with you.

Chinedu stood outside the hospital gate, his shirt soaked, his hands shaking…
not because of the cold—
but because he had just been told something his heart refused to accept.

“We’re sorry…

we did everything we could.”

Those words kept echoing in his head.

Just that morning, his mother was alive.

The same woman

who used to say:

“My son, one day, you will make me proud.”

The same woman who went to bed hungry just to make sure he ate.

The same woman who sold her only gold chain to pay his school fees.

Now… she was gone.

Chinedu laughed.
Not because anything was funny—
but because pain had pushed him beyond tears.

He remembered the last thing she told him:

“No matter how hard life gets…
don’t give up on yourself.”

But how was he supposed to be strong…

when the only person who believed in him was no more?

Days turned into weeks.

The house became silent.

Food lost its taste.

Life lost its meaning.

People said,

“Be strong.”

But nobody tells you how to be strong
when your world has collapsed.

One night…

he sat alone in the dark, holding her old wrapper.

That was when it hit him—
not just the pain of losing her…

but the pain of all the sacrifices she made
that he never got to repay.

That kind of pain…

you don’t forget it.

You live with it.

You breathe with it.

It becomes a part of you.

But that night, through tears, he made a decision…

“I may have lost her…

but I will not waste everything she suffered for.”

Years later…

Chinedu stood on a stage, people clapping, cameras flashing—
but his eyes were searching for one person.

One person who wasn’t there.

He smiled…
but deep down, there was a scar that would never heal.

Because some pains don’t disappear with time…

they just become the reason you never give up.
