🌸 Causes of Irregular Menstruation 🌸

Many women experience changes in their menstrual cycle from time to time. While it can be normal, it’s also important to know the possible causes:

✅ Hormonal imbalance – issues with estrogen & progesterone can affect your cycle.
✅ Stress – high stress levels can delay or disrupt menstruation.
✅ Poor diet & lifestyle – lack of proper nutrition, sudden weight loss or gain.
✅ Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS) – a common hormonal disorder.
✅ Thyroid problems – both underactive and overactive thyroid can affect periods.
✅ Certain medications – e.g., contraceptives or some drugs.
✅ Underlying health conditions – diabetes, fibroids, or other reproductive issues.

📌 Tip: If your periods are irregular for more than 3 months, it’s important to see a health professional. Early care prevents future complications.
