While I was pondering on today's passage Matt. 25 vs 14 -20, I stumped on Charlie's post.

I don't know him but am pained by his death. But then I realized that time truly waits for no man.

In the passage, I had already marked out some key points God was pointing out to me. Let me share one.

Verse 16 tells us of how the first servant who was given 5,000 talent began immediately to invest in his talent so did the second servant. They didn't waste time in investing in what God has placed and entrusted in their hands.

TIME was a key factor. Charlie is just 31 and now gone. Imagine if he had waited or wasted time before investing in the talent that God had entrusted in his hands. Many of us are past 31 and still struggling to identify our God given purpose talk more of investing in it.

Time is of great value to us believers as we do not know when the Lord shall call us home. It's time to start working into God's divine purpose and start bringing to life the visions He has shown you. It's time to start that Bible study class, that Christian teenagers club, that fellowship, that morning cry. The Lord is coming!

I learnt he was killed because he was speaking for Christ. I heard the person that killed him did so to silence him forever. If only he knew....

I haven't heard about Charlie Kirk and am sure that more than half the crowd that celebrated his life and mourned his death today haven't heard about him before. This was the case of Jesus...

Today, I celebrate rather, a faithful servant of Christ who died while on his duty post.
