"I'm overwhelmed, i had my son at age 16, i raised him as a single parent, today he has made me proud, graduating from the military, I'm excited.
Dear son, my world shattered. The day that your father rejected & abandoned me cuz i was pregnant with you & refused to let go of you, i was just 16. I was left alone & scares, unsure of what to do. But one thing I knew was that, I had to be strong for you my child. I worked hard, sacrificed everything, & raised you on my own. There were times when we had nothing, but I never gave up on you😭
Today, I'm overwhelmed with pride & joy. You're grown into a strong, kind, & brave young man. I'm proud of you & I'm happy that i kept my baby 🙌 At last, i did it without you Franklin, wherever you are, keep this in mind, i did it without you!💪

Now,
I want to tell all single mothers out there: don't give up, even when things seem impossible. Your children will make you proud, & your sacrifices will be worth it.
