Yes Enugu Rangers lost the game, but am still very happy with their performance. I want to congratulate our players because they played good football. I was especially pleased that after the match, many Enyimba fans admitted that Rangers is a strong team with quality players, and that we actually played better on the day.

In fact, every Enugu Rangers player who featured in the match could be considered a MAN OF THE MATCH.

Ifeanyi Assurance truly impressed Enugu Rangers supporters in their match against Niger Tornadoes. The young attacking midfielder played with remarkable confidence, gliding past opponents with his sharp left foot in a manner reminiscent of Lionel Messi. It was difficult to dispossess him and he always uses the ball intelligently.

After the match some Rangers fans even claimed that Ifeanyi Assurance uses his left foot better than Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal.

Enugu Rangers captain Chidiebere Nwobodo and a fellow Ezigbote 042 star, Ani Chigozie of Niger Tornadoes were seen racing to reach the ball first during their match on Sunday at Nnamdi Azikiwe stadium Enugu-two players who are widely regarded as among the best in the NPFL today.

As I have said before and I will say again, the Enugu State Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Lloyd Ekweremadu, should consider instituting an annual award ceremony to recognize and motivate 042 players who continue to excel both nationally and internationally.

The delay tactics of Niger Tornadoes goalkeeper did not work for him on Sunday. Some Enugu Rangers Supporters even suggested that he might have contacted the Kwara United goalkeeper how he successfully used similar tactics at the Nnamdi Azikiwe stadium during their goalless draw against Rangers.

However, the Niger Tornadoes goalkeeper seemed to forgot that an anointed man was standing on the Enugu Rangers touchline-someone whose time to shine has come. The goal must surely come, so the name can continue to soar.

Enugu Rangers Assistant Coach, Ekeh Ekenedilichukwu. For me he should be called Mr. Fear fear fear, Onye ujo. He continued to lead the team to victory, yet he remains surprisingly anxious and very scared. Ekeh has recorded six wins for Enugu Rangers this season. Five at home and one away. However, rather than gaining confidence from these results, his winning mentality seems to be putting him under pressure, Fear and intimidation. Instead of allowing the young man to build boldness and self-belief but the few set of management has decided to be tackling him each time he wins matches and media talks about it.

I blame the GM Enugu Rangers Amobi Ezeaku for this situation. Do the right thing Nwanne.
