I’m not a pet lover🙄
I can leave an environment at the sight of a dog or a cat🤦♀️I hate cats ehn😩
They make me cringe!!!!!
Back in the University days….i followed my friend to her family house,i spent the night in her house.
When we got to the compound….the first thing i noticed was a gigantic dog🙄🙄🙄
Chim🤦♀️how do i cope???
Atleast he’s in chains and can be unchained only at nights(i muttered inwardly and consoled myself).
They called him Cross.
It was a peaceful night and i watched Cross patrol the compound from upstairs.
In the morning….after the family morning devotion….we went downstairs to get breakfast done in the kitchen.
My friend was frying plantain and i sat at the corridor gisting and laughing with her.
Suddenly,i felt a movement close to me.
Seemed like someone was standing beside me.
Onye kwa?????
I turned to look….Behold it was Cross😩😩😩
My soul left me!!!! I died a million times.
I thought Cross was chained….who unchained him????
My friend’s uncle released Cross to go ease himself at the backyard.
Subconsciously,i stood up immediately i sighted Cross to run but he pursued me and got me down to the floor.
I was shouting,I was wailing ,i was shivering….the trauma i had that day was terrible and it’s something that keeps playing in my head when i see a dog.
My friend tried all she could to get Cross leave me but Cross was adamant!
He concentrated on my bum(koromoto dog)😒
He didn’t bite it deeply but there was a scratch😫
My friend’s Uncle ran to save me from Cross….Once Cross heard his voice,he left me😭
I have always been a crybaby….i cried ehn😭
I was taken to the hospital immediately to get some injections…..i cried more because i dislike injections.
Thankfully,Cross always get his monthly injections by a veterinary doctor.
Cross was punished by Uncle and i felt so good about it😜
He was chained and both of us became sworn enemies!!!!! We always eye each other😀
Meanwhile,my friend later teased me that Cross liked my bum….that’s why he concentrated there.
Ashawo dog🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
