I’m not a pet lover🥹I have panic attacks when they get close to me especially cats and dogs!!!

I always subconsciously take to my heels at the sight of them not minding the environment and people that are present 🤦‍♀️

Some people have misunderstood my subconscious attitudes towards pets but they really don’t know what is going on with me😭

The day my torchlight mistakenly flashed a cat in the eyes at night….I couldn’t sleep all night🥹I had panic attacks till morning and beyond🥹😭

If you are a pet lover or can stand them when they come close to you…please stop judging us!!! You can never understand….In Guidance and Counseling,it’s a type of Abnormal Behavior called ANXIETY DISORDER🤦‍♀️

I really wish i can overcome this Disorder🥹🤦‍♀️
