Kofi Emma AKA Blackee has allegedly poisoned to death a 23-year-old lady he has been trying to woo over Ghc 100 at Gomoa Budumburam in the Central Region.
According to sources, the deceased Theresa Darkoah requested Ghc100 from Emma to repair her standing fan after which she would allow him engage in a sexual activity.
However, after receiving the money, she allegedly did not honour her side of the deal.
Emma is said to have threatened the young lady to return the money or face the consequences.
Despite the threats, the money was not returned. Emma then allegedly poisoned some medication and sent it to the deceased through a messenger.
Theresa’s condition reportedly deteriorated shortly after taking the medication and was rushed to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Medical officials are reported to have confirmed that she ingested a toxic substance.
The suspect is currently on the run as police launch a manhunt to arrest him.
