My name is Chucks, I am 43 years old while my junior brother is 40 years old. My brother and I decided to relocate when our parents died...
We sold some of my dads land to sponsor ourselves to different countries... we have been separated for 4 years but we chat and video call each other... I told him about my marriage plans with my fiancé who's in Nigeria,,, he also told me he was planning to tell me about the lady he has made up his mind to marry... We came from a family that doesn't need your approval for them to do anything....
So I don't need him to check out my lady and he too don't need me to see and confirm for him... We planned on coming back 1st week of January
2024 so we can then present to each other the love of our lives... I got to lagos 3 days before my junior brother... When he arrived Lagos, we lodged together before moving to the village....

I told my uncles and my cousins that I would be getting married next two weeks.. yes I planned never to waste time so my junior brother can do his own wedding as well.. we are not getting younger so no need to play around and take time... I talked with my fiancé, she already directed me how to come to her place so l can see her people... let me remind you all that before I entered Lagos I begged her to come welcome me at the airport... She refused that her parents won't allow her come to lagos to see a man.... Well, I found that interesting to know she's a well trained and reserved girl... so l didn't push her... When I got to her place,,. she was exactly what I ordered online... natural tall black young lady in her early 30s.... We hugged and she took me to her parents... I made my intentions known.. We were given a date... so l went home to communicate with my people so they can prepare.... That same night I asked my Junior brother about his fiancé…He told me the young lady is this type that her parents won't let her move around even at her age... I told him, we've found angels not those street girls who can leave their parents house to go be with a man... My junior brother told me to accompany him to go see his lady's parents so he can take a date for their traditional marriage.. he sees me as his dad since our dad is late.. As we were going, I got confused a bit... I told my junior brother that I know this village, I told him this was where I came 4 days ago with Uncle Nna... we both got confused together... We decided to keep going so we can see it all because at that point, our minds are speaking but we wanted physical confirmation... while in my heart, I was praying for it not to be true because I love her so much.. Finally we got to the village, the compound,,, I told my junior brother to go down alone,..., he went down, had a phone call which I guess was calling the girl out.. This lady came out,,, immediately I felt a sharp pain on my chest... I was heart broken... she's the same lady I came to meet her people... she's the same lady l've been dating since 2021 I came out of the car with all of my strength...
immediately she saw me and shouted JESUS ..I told my junior brother that she's the same lady l've dating... the one I came to see her parents few days ago... My Junior brother insisted on getting married to the lady... As long as you've not slept with her, I'm still interested in her... my junior brother said. Their traditional marriage was on the 13th of January 2024... but I made myself a promise that she will pay for making me waste my time with her since 2021
