Investing in children is investing in the future, and that commitment was once again brought to life as the Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government, Hon. Princess Surah Olayemi Animashaun, FHTI, hosted hundreds of primary school pupils to a memorable educational support programme filled with learning, inspiration, and hope.

The excited pupils were captivated by a specially produced animation showcasing the transformational achievements of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, Hon. Wale Raji, Hon. Abiodun Tobun, Hon. Sylvester Ogunkelu (Sketel), as well as the remarkable developmental strides of the Hon. Princess Surah Animashaun administration across Epe Local Government.

Beyond the inspiring presentation, the atmosphere was filled with joy and excitement as Hon. Princess Surah Olayemi Animashaun personally presented the pupils with educational support materials and cash gifts, reaffirming her administration's unwavering commitment to nurturing young minds, promoting quality education, and ensuring that no child is left behind in the journey toward a brighter future.

The Epe Local Government 2026 Bursary Screening Exercise was successfully concluded with the completion of the Day 2 and Day 3 physical and virtual screening sessions.

The exercise witnessed a commendable turnout of applicants and was conducted in a seamless, transparent, and orderly manner, reflecting the Council's commitment to fairness, accountability, and equal access to educational opportunities for eligible students.

The second day of the Renewed Hope National Home-Grown School Feeding Programme at Zumuratu Islamiyah Primary School I, Epe was characterised by an overwhelming display of joy, excitement, and heartfelt appreciation as pupils eagerly anticipated the distribution of their nutritious snacks.

From the early hours of the day, the school premises came alive with excitement as pupils gathered with bright smiles and cheerful faces, eagerly looking forward to another memorable moment under the programme. Their enthusiasm reflected not only their appreciation for the nutritious snacks but also the positive impact the initiative is already making on their learning experience and overall well-being.

As the snacks were distributed, the atmosphere became even more exhilarating as the pupils received them with immense delight, filling the school with laughter, applause, cheerful songs, and jubilant expressions. Many jumped for joy and openly expressed their heartfelt appreciation, creating a touching scene that vividly illustrated the far-reaching impact of the Renewed Hope National Home-Grown School Feeding Programme on the lives of the children.
