I heard that some Ezeagu people were ashamed, because of the Ki-dnap/r-itual news coming from Ezeagu...lol. this is just the begining. It's time for Ezeagu restoration and libration! Like Dag Gee sang in the Ezeagu anthem "Gone are the days eji ogwu malu anyi, ihe ejizi malu anyi bu ikwanite ala anyi" - gone are the days we were known for charms, we are now known for nation building. Check my last post which clearly stated that "Tradition is not Idolatry/occultism! Many of them will still be exposed in no distance time, so that we, who are willing to make Ezeagu great again, will be able to do so with out some miscreants rubbing our name in the mud!

As you are "going back to the root" Remember, "omenani abughi ife alusi!" Tradition is not Idolatry - Let's Break Down the Difference!

You see, tradition and idolatry often get mixed up, but they're two different things.

*TRADITION* is the practice passed down to us by our ancestors, like our cultural values, customs, and beliefs. Tradition helps us connect with our roots and preserve our identity. For example, our traditional festivals like the New Yam Festival or the Ibono Festival, celebrate our heritage and bring us together as a community.

*IDOLATRY* on the other hand, is the worship of objects and symbols, considered as gods. This is different from tradition, which focuses on preserving our cultural heritage and values. Idolatry often involves the use of images, statues, or other objects, worshiped as gods.

So, how do we distinguish between tradition and idolatry? Let's use an example that Igbo people can relate to. Imagine you're celebrating the New Yam Festival, and you're performing traditional rituals and dances. That's tradition! But if you're worshiping the yam as a god, that's idolatry!

In today's world, especially now that everybody is going back to their roots, it's essential to understand the difference between tradition and idolatry. We can preserve our cultural heritage while still being mindful of our spiritual beliefs. Let's keep our traditions alive!

This woman right here is the first Nigerian woman to buy a car.

Her name is Efunroye Tinubu.

She was a very rich SLAVE TRADER.

In connivance with the portuguese, she exported her own people in ships to work in sugarcane farms in faraway Brazil, Caribbean, and on the gold mines of the United States.

Yet the queen is to blame abi?

The slavery we even cry about, was it not our own ancestors - kings and village chiefs that captured their own people for the whites to export?

In exchange for what? - mirror, porcelain, spirits, dane guns etc.

How can a sane human prefer worthless items to his own brothers and sisters - his own kinsmen???

These are the kind of ancestors we pour libation to.

Yet we blame the europeans only, when our ancestors were actively complicit
