On this day, 28 years ago. Chris Hani was brutally killed infront of his 15 year old daughter. He was killed because he put into emphasis the issue of South African natives taking back their land without apology. And that was not sitting well with the apartheid government. Therefore they assassinated him.
He also didn't subscribe to the "kakistocracy" of "South Africa belongs to all who live in it". But he believed that South Africa belongs to the indigenous African people. He was a very principled man, money couldn't buy him.
