*PRAY FOR GOD'S CHILDREN GLOBALLY (II)*
FRIDAY, JULY 25, 2025
PASTOR MARTINS OMONUA

*2 THESSALONIANS 3:1–2* “Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you: 2 And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.”

*KEYWORD:* Pray for ministers that they are delivered from the traps and snares of the enemy and from every form of temptation or discouragement designed to derail them.

One of the major responsibilities in praying for God’s children is interceding for ministers of the gospel. Sadly, many times, ministers become so consumed with their assignment—praying for the brethren, teaching, counselling, and labouring in the Word—that they often forget to pray for themselves.

If the church had prayed when James was arrested, he likely wouldn’t have died. But by the time Peter was taken, the church had learnt its lesson: “But prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.” (Acts 12:5). What does that tell you? Your prayers are important! Psalms 34:15 “The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and His ears are open unto their cry.” There are many things to pray for when it comes to God’s ministers. In our opening scripture, Paul requested prayer that the Word of the Lord would have free course, meaning that doors of utterance would be opened, and the gospel would go forth with boldness and clarity.
You must pray that ministers of the gospel receive boldness to declare God's Word without compromise, without fear, and without favouritism, preaching in a way that pleases the One who called them, not seeking to please men. Pray also that they are delivered from the traps and snares of the enemy and from every form of temptation or discouragement designed to derail them. 1 Corinthians 16:9 says, “For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.” A great and effectual door speaks of divine opportunities to minister the Word and reach more people. However, these doors often come with opposition. Many of these adversaries are satanic setups to discredit, distract, or destroy the minister. That’s why your continued prayers for their safety, strength, and spiritual stamina are so vital.

Let’s not forget that Christians are the most persecuted group worldwide. In many parts of the world, especially the Middle East. Believers are denied jobs, education, and rights simply because of their faith. Many have lost property, families, and even their lives. This is not just news; it’s prophecy being fulfilled. But while persecution abounds, so should intercession. God has commanded us as a ministry to pray both for ministers of the gospel and for believers across the globe. Join us daily in “All Nations Pray,” Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM (GMT +1), and also every Monday 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM with Pastor Martins Omonua on our social media platforms (“All Nations Pray”). Let us raise our voices and shift nations in prayer. Shalom!

*PRAYER:*
Dear Father, thank You for raising faithful men and women who carry the gospel with boldness. I stand in the gap today and lift up ministers of the gospel across the globe. Strengthen them, preserve them, protect them from evil men, and give them utterance to speak Your Word with power. Let Your Word have free course through them and be glorified. In Jesus’ mighty name, amen!

2 THESSALONIANS 3:1–2 “Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you: 2 And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.”

*KEYWORD:* The preservation of God’s people is often tied to the prayers of the saints. When the church prays, wicked men are restrained.

Scripture reveals that there are men described as wicked and unreasonable. These are individuals who have no regard or reverence for God, His Word, or His people. Their hearts are hardened, and their consciences are seared with a hot iron (1 Timothy 4:2). They are easily manipulated by Satan and are often driven by hatred toward God's children.

A clear example of such wickedness is seen in the story of Haman: Esther 3:6, “And he thought scorn to lay hands on Mordecai alone; for they had shewed him the people of Mordecai: wherefore Haman sought to destroy all the Jews that were throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus, even the people of Mordecai.” Haman wasn’t content with destroying Mordecai alone; he plotted to wipe out an entire people group! This is the extent to which evil can go when fuelled by satanic hatred. But thank God for intercessors! Mordecai stirred Esther into action, and the Jews engaged in fasting and prayer. That’s when divine intervention stepped in, and the Jews were preserved by God’s mighty hand.

Another example is in the book of Acts: Acts 12:1–2, "Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church. And he killed James the brother of John with the sword." When James was arrested, perhaps many assumed he would be miraculously saved. After all, he was one of the inner circle; he walked closely with Jesus. But James was killed. Then Herod, seeing the approval of the people, proceeded to arrest Peter too. However, this time the church woke up. Acts 12:5: "Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him." They prayed ceaselessly, and the result was angelic intervention. Peter was supernaturally released! If the church had not prayed, Peter would likely have met the same fate as James. But earnest intercession changed the outcome.

This teaches us that the preservation of God’s people is often tied to the prayers of the saints. When the church prays, wicked men are restrained. The spirit behind their cruelty is silenced. The enemy’s plan is overturned. God will not intervene unless His people rise in prayer, not just any prayer, but prayers of faith. Interestingly, when Peter arrived at the door after his miraculous release, the believers who had prayed for him couldn’t believe it! (Acts 12:13–15)
This shows us that prayer without expectation can limit our ability to recognise the very miracle we asked for. So, when you pray, pray with faith. Don’t just request intervention; expect it. Your faith-filled intercession can be the difference between life and death, between captivity and deliverance, and between delay and advancement for a believer, for a church, and for a nation. Glory to God!

*PRAYER:*
Dear Father, thank You for the power of intercession. I stand today in the gap for believers across the globe, especially those facing persecution, threats, or wicked opposition. I declare that the Word of God has free course and is glorified in every nation. Deliver Your children, Lord, from wicked and unreasonable men. Let angelic help arise on their behalf. In Jesus’ mighty name, amen.

*NOT THE FIGHT OF FISTS*
WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 2025
PASTOR MARTINS OMONUA

*1 TIMOTHY 6:12* “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.”

*KEYWORD:* The battleground is your mind, and the weapon is the Word of God. You use the Word to combat thoughts of doubt, fear, anxiety, and unbelief. That’s where the real fight is.

It’s very important we understand what the “fight of faith” truly means in the original context of Scripture. The fight of faith is not physical combat; it’s not a battle of fists or carnal weapons. Instead, it is the contention within your heart and mind to hold firmly to the truth of God's Word in the face of contrary thoughts, feelings, situations, or reports.
This fight is spiritual, and it’s personal. It's the daily war between your soul and spirit, between what your mind is screaming based on circumstances and what your recreated human spirit knows by the Word. This is why Apostle Paul calls it a good fight, because it is a fight that’s already rigged in your favour if you stay grounded in the Word. Hallelujah! It’s not a fight with the devil because Jesus already defeated him. Rather, it’s a fight to keep your faith intact when challenges come. The battleground is your mind, and the weapon is the Word of God. You use the Word to combat thoughts of doubt, fear, anxiety, and unbelief. That’s where the real fight is.

Paul admonished us to lay hold on eternal life, and eternal life here refers to the life and truth of God’s Word, the incorruptible seed. If your mind starts painting images that are contrary to the Word, making you feel unworthy, incapable, defeated, or hopeless, you don’t just quote Scriptures; you must believe them and let them dominate your inner consciousness. One key principle of fighting the good fight of faith is that it must be fought from a place of unwavering conviction. Speaking the Word without internal agreement renders your confession powerless. Your mind must not be broken or bent by contrary thoughts; it must be firmly rooted in the truth.

James 1:6 says: “But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.” The same applies when you're speaking the Word in battle. You must not waver. Your heart must be fixed, trusting in the Lord. No fear, no doubt, no second-guessing, just rock-solid faith. Hallelujah!
So Paul says, “lay hold!” That means grab it and don’t let go. Grip the Word tightly in your heart and on your lips. Let nothing shake your hold on God's promises. Refuse to adjust your belief to fit circumstances. Keep declaring, keep believing, and keep praising because that’s how you win. Glory to God!

*PRAYER:*
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for giving me the victory through faith in Christ Jesus. I refuse to be tossed around by doubt, fear, or circumstances. My heart is anchored in Your Word, and I hold fast to the truth of who I am and what I have in Christ. I declare that my thoughts, my words, and my actions are in alignment with Your promises. I win every day by standing strong in faith. In Jesus’ mighty name, amen!

*HIS NAME: AN AUTHORITY OVER THREE WORLDS (II)*
TUESDAY, JULY 22, 2025
PASTOR MARTINS OMONUA

*PHILIPPIANS 2:9–10* “Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;”

*KEYWORD:* When you speak His name from a place of fear or doubt, it lacks spiritual weight. The name must be spoken in faith, with full conviction of the authority it carries.

When Jesus died, descended, and rose in victory, no demon in any realm could resist the power He now carries and the authority He has delegated to His Church. Why? Because God has highly exalted the name of Jesus above every other name. That name is not just a label; it’s the divine seal of supreme authority over all realms: heaven, earth, and beneath the earth.

This is why the Church can pray with confidence today. The name of Jesus is our spiritual signature in prayer and our badge of dominion in spiritual warfare. It is delegated authority, meaning we operate in His name as though Christ Himself were standing in that moment. Glory to God!

Jesus said in Matthew 16:19,“And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” This means that because of the contention in the realm of the spirit, what the Church permits or forbids on earth echoes through the heavens and the invisible realm. But the effectiveness of this spiritual authority lies in understanding and using the name rightly. Sadly, many believers use the name of Jesus without results, not because the name lacks power, but because it’s spoken without understanding or faith. When you speak His name from a place of fear or doubt, it lacks spiritual weight. The name must be spoken in faith, with full conviction of the authority it carries.

Acts 3:16 says,“And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong... yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.” What healed the man at the Beautiful Gate wasn’t just the mention of Jesus’ name; it was faith in the name. That’s the secret to walking in continual victory. Let this truth be rooted in your spirit: in heaven, where God resides, all is settled. On earth, where we live, we have been given authority in His name to establish heaven’s will. Under the earth, where darkness roars and demons dwell, even there, that name causes every knee to bow and every agenda to crumble. And even in the world to come, His name remains an eternal authority. Glory to God!

*PRAYER:*
Dear Father, I thank You for giving me the matchless name of Jesus, an eternal authority across all realms. I declare that every situation, spirit, and system must bow to that name in my life. I walk in boldness and faith, exercising my victory daily by the power in the name of Jesus. No force of hell can resist the authority I carry. Thank You for making me more than a conqueror, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen!

*HIS NAME: AN AUTHORITY OVER THREE WORLDS (I)*
MONDAY, JULY 21, 2025
PASTOR MARTINS OMONUA

*PHILIPPIANS 2:9–10* “Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;”

*KEYWORD:* As believers, we are dominion enforcers. When we mention the name of Jesus in faith, nature responds, governments shift, and circumstances are realigned.

The authority vested in the name of Jesus wasn’t just given; it was earned by His obedience to the eternal purpose of God (Ephesians 3:11). This name carries power over all of creation—in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. Someone might ask, “Three worlds?” Yes, three distinct realms of existence where His authority is fully recognised and enforced.

The first realm is heaven: the invisible spiritual domain, including angelic hosts and celestial beings. But interestingly, there’s also a realm called the heavenly places where principalities and powers operate (Ephesians 3:10). It is not the throne of God but a domain where satanic rulers function, contending with angelic messengers. One vivid example is Daniel’s encounter, where the prince of Persia withstood the angel sent to him for 21 days (Daniel 10:10–13). But today, unlike in Daniel’s time, the name of Jesus has been given to the church to exercise authority over these forces. Through prayer and declarations of faith, we cause the activities of angels to prevail in that realm. Glory to God!
The second realm is the earth: the visible realm where we live. Here, the name of Jesus reigns over every institution, circumstance, and system. Jesus said, “All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth” (Matthew 28:18). He didn’t leave us powerless. Through His name, the sick are healed, demons flee, and impossible situations bow (Mark 16:17–18). As believers, we are dominion enforcers. When we mention the name of Jesus in faith, nature responds, governments shift, and circumstances are realigned. Don’t be silent when things go wrong around you; declare that name over your family, business, and nation, and watch change unfold. The name of Jesus is the believer’s victory pass on earth.

The third realm is under the earth: the world of darkness, hell, and demonic captivity. It includes spirits of wickedness, death, and the grave. When Jesus died, He descended into this realm and stripped Satan and his hosts of their authority (Colossians 2:15). He disarmed them, made a public spectacle of their defeat, and took the keys of hell and death (Revelation 1:18). That is why demons tremble at the mention of His name. Spirits of fear, death, torment, bo***ge, and witchcraft must bow when a Spirit-filled believer declares the name of Jesus. We’re not fighting to win, we are enforcing a victory that’s already won. Hallelujah! The name of Jesus is not for religious display. It’s not for emergency use only. It’s your everyday badge of spiritual authority across all three worlds. So stand boldly on that name today, declare it over every situation, circumstance, and challenge, and watch how everything begins to shift supernaturally in your favour. Glory to God!

*PRAYER:*
Dear Father, Thank You for the name of Jesus given to me as an instrument of victory and dominion. I walk in boldness and authority, knowing that every realm—heavenly, earthly, and beneath the earth—bows to that name. I take my stand in faith today and declare that no demonic force, opposition, or hindrance can withstand the power in the name of Jesus. I speak peace and order into every area of my life. Hallelujah! In Jesus’ mighty name, amen.

COLOSSIANS 3:17 “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.”

*EXODUS 35:10–12* “And every wise hearted among you shall come, and make all that the LORD hath commanded; The tabernacle, his tent, and his covering, his taches, and his boards, his bars, his pillars, and his sockets, The ark, and the staves thereof, with the mercy seat, and the vail of the covering,”

*KEYWORD:* Let your giving be motivated not by what you stand to gain, but by your genuine love for the Lord.

We’ve seen already that the choice to give to the Lord’s work, whether in your time, treasure, or talents, is yours alone to make. Being willing and ready to give sacrificially, especially as the Lord stirs your heart, is one of the highest proofs of love for Him. It pleases God greatly when a believer responds to His promptings not out of compulsion, but out of deep affection and spiritual understanding. This is not the year to remain comfortable with minimal expressions of generosity. It’s time to stretch, to move out of the level you’ve been used to and step into new dimensions of sacrificial giving, led by the Spirit. And as you do, it’s certain you will begin to see dramatic and lasting change in your life, family, finances, and beyond.

If Scripture describes those who bring their offerings to God’s house as wisehearted, what then would we call those who withhold from Him? The Bible makes it clear: “A fool’s heart is at his left,” which implies disorder, rebellion, and misalignment with God’s ways. Refusing to give when the Lord prompts you is a sign of spiritual ignorance and lack of vision. That must not be your testimony.

Understand this: the house of God is not just a physical space; it is the ground where destinies are shaped, burdens are lifted, and futures are aligned. It is the true planting ground for divine turnaround. This is the year to arise and do all that God has commanded you to do: give your time, your energy, your skill, and your resources. It will cost you something, yes, but it will also reward you beyond imagination. Let your giving be motivated not by what you stand to gain, but by your genuine love for the Lord. That’s what moved Solomon to offer abundantly. It wasn’t the quantity alone that touched God; it was the quality, the spirit behind the sacrifice. Give because God is worthy. Give because He deserves it. Give because it’s an honour to do so. Praise God!

*PRAYER:*
Holy Spirit, help me today to be like the wise man whose heart is on the right, walking the right path, making the right decisions, and living for the right reasons. I don’t want to make mistakes this year. Teach me to give sacrificially, joyfully, and willingly all that pleases You, whether it’s my time, skill, or resources. I yield to Your promptings, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

*EXODUS 35:25–26* "And all the women that were wise hearted did spin with their hands, and brought that which they had spun, both of blue, and of purple, and of scarlet, and of fine linen. And all the women whose heart stirred them up in wisdom spun goats' hair."

*KEYWORD:* Your wisdom is not in how much you know but in how you respond to divine instructions.

The lazy and selfish people always have a well-crafted excuse. They say, “I have nothing to give,” or “God should understand my situation.” Some even go further to subtly shift blame to God, as though it is His responsibility to give them something first before they can offer anything in return. They question why God expects anything from them when their hands appear empty. But is that truly the right mindset to have? Our opening scripture presents a very different perspective: a powerful picture of what it means to be “wisehearted.” These women were not royalty. They were not necessarily rich. Yet, when the time came to build the Lord a tabernacle, and Moses gave the instruction from God, it was their hearts that responded before their hands ever did.
They didn’t sit around waiting for heavenly supplies to fall into their laps. No. These women understood that their hands were already blessed. Their minds were already anointed. Their talents were already embedded in them. And what did they do? They put their hands to work. They spun with what they had, and they offered what they produced to the Lord willingly, joyfully, and wisely. Scripture says their hearts stirred them up in wisdom. In other words, their passion met purpose, and that is when productivity was born. They could have said, “We’re in the wilderness,” or “We don’t have much,” but instead they said, “This is for the Lord, and we will not sit idle.” That’s the true mark of a wisehearted believer.

Today, we don’t offer spun linen or goats’ hair, but we do offer time, creativity, resources, and skills to build what God is doing in our generation. Whether it’s your church, your ministry, your assignment, or whatever it is, the call to give and to build is still very present. This year, will you still keep making excuses? Will you complain about what you don’t have, or will you recognise what God has already placed within you? You might not have silver or gold, but you have something. Your wisdom is not in how much you know but in how you respond to divine instructions. Like the wisehearted women of old, rise up. Let your heart be stirred again. Put your mind to work. Put your hands to work. Let heaven see that you are not just available but willing, responsive, and ready to do the will and work of the Lord whenever He calls. Glory to God.

*CONFESSION:*
Father, stir my heart in wisdom. Let me never hold back from You. I refuse to sit in idleness or make excuses when it comes to your work. I receive fresh fire and grace to arise and build. Whatever You’ve put in my hands, I’ll use it to Your glory, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

*WALK IN THE VICTORY OF THE LORD*
FRIDAY, JULY 18, 2025
PASTOR MARTINS OMONUA

*JOHN 19:30* “When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.”

*KEYWORD:* Victory has already been won, so put on the armour, rise up in the authority of Christ, and enforce the victory that has been given to you.

God completed the work of creation; Jesus, on the other hand, finished the work of salvation for humanity. Christianity is not a product of the Law; it is the result of a new birth, a new life in Christ. Sadly, many Christians have not come into full understanding of the revelation of His resurrection: what it truly means and where it places the Devil and his operations. There were two significant events that took place when Jesus died and was resurrected. These are not stories; they are eternal spiritual truths that changed the destiny of mankind forever.
1 Peter 3:19 tells us,“By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison.” When Jesus died, He descended into hell, what the scripture refers to as the prison of spirits. He preached to those who were disobedient in the days of Noah, who had died without salvation. They were held captive, but Jesus didn’t go there empty-handed. He preached with authority. And everyone who heard Him and believed was saved. When He rose, they ascended with Him just as Ephesians 4:8 and Psalms 68:18 declare: “When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive.”
But that wasn’t all. Colossians 2:15 says, “And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.” Jesus didn’t just rescue souls; He stripped Satan and all his cohorts of their authority. He spoiled principalities and powers, humiliated every class of demon, and made a public spectacle of them. Hear this and let it sink deep into your spirit: Satan has been eternally defeated and placed under your feet. That is his position—beneath you. Hallelujah!
Nowhere in Scripture are believers told to fight fresh battles with Satan as if Christ hasn’t already overcome him. No! Jesus said, “Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” (James 4:7). We are to resist him, not as victims, but from the standpoint of victory already secured in Christ. The Bible also says, “Do not be ignorant of his devices,” meaning you must be aware of his strategies so you can outwit him every time and keep him where he belongs—under your feet.
Finally, Ephesians 6:11 tells us to “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” If you don’t know what the armour is or fail to put it on, it’s not God’s fault; it’s the result of ignorance. Victory has already been won, but it’s your responsibility to walk in the light of it. So, put on the armour, rise up in the authority of Christ, and enforce the victory that has been given to you. Walk daily in the victory of the Lord and win always! Glory to God!

*PRAYER”*
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for the finished works of Christ and the victory He secured for me through His death and resurrection. I refuse to walk in ignorance or defeat. I stand boldly in the authority You’ve given me in Christ Jesus, and I enforce His triumph in every area of my life. Satan is under my feet, and I walk daily in the light of my victory. In Jesus’ mighty name, amen.

*LUKE 12:17–18* “And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods.”

*KEYWORD:* The heart is your treasure bank. You will use it here on earth, and it will also testify in eternity.

God is deeply concerned with the thoughts of our hearts as Christians. In many parts of Scripture, the heart and mind are used interchangeably. Often, condemnation, destruction, or even reward comes as a result of the content of a man’s heart. In the opening scripture, Jesus shared a parable about a rich man whose ground yielded abundantly. The man didn’t vocalise his plans to anyone; he only thought within himself. Yet God responded, saying, "But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?" (Luke 12:20)
Even Lucifer’s fall began with a thought in his heart. “For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God...” (Isaiah 14:13).

God is particular about the activity of your heart. When a man’s thought pattern is corrupted, it can become his downfall. Your heart defines your identity; it reveals your character and tendencies. Take Pharaoh, for example: God said his heart was hardened. No matter what was done to soften him to let the children of Israel go, his heart remained stubborn. In fact, God declared that He raised Pharaoh for the very purpose of showing forth His power by bringing him to humility before all.
God also looks at the heart when choosing His vessels. When Prophet Samuel went to anoint a king from Jesse’s house, he would have made the wrong choice, judging by appearance, if not for the Spirit of God. Who Samuel thought was fit for kingship was rejected, because “man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”

In the realm of the Spirit, the thoughts of the heart speak louder than words. That’s why, when King David merely thought about building a temple for God, the Lord responded instantly by sending the prophet Nathan to commend him and give divine instruction. Because of this, God commands us to guard our hearts, for out of it flow the issues of life. As believers, our thoughts must be patterned after the Word of God. When our thoughts are Word-aligned, we will act, speak, and live like Him. The heart is your treasure bank. You will use it here on earth, and it will also testify in eternity. That’s why God said, renew it. Renewing your heart with the Word causes your thoughts, imaginations, and reasoning to be holy, pure, and acceptable before God and the host of heaven. Glory to God!

*PRAYER:*
Dear Lord, I renew my mind to be patterned after your Word. Let my thoughts, imagination, and reasoning be righteous, so that in heaven, whenever my thoughts are heard, it will be praise to Your name. Amen.
