Looking back at how far you’ve come can help with the morale.
But nothing beats showing up and putting in the reps.

If you can stay locked in…
Ignore the noise.

Forget the slow growth.
And just focus on doing the work, fully for atleast six months?

It will change your life.

It’s almost impossible to pour into one thing with everything you’ve got, consistently, and come out with nothing.

Show commitment and things will start moving. Maybe not overnight… but definitely over time
