Actors' Guild Suspends Shirley Igwe for Violent Conduct
Beautiful Nollywood actress, Shirley Igwe has earned herself an indefinite suspension from the Actors' Guild of Nigeria (AGN), following allegations of some misconduct on a movie set in Lagos.
In a letter addressed to key stakeholders and guilds in the industry, the President of the Actors Guild, Mr. Emeka Rollas directed all its members to boycott any movie production that features Shirley, until further notice.
The action is in line with the industry's renewed commitment to enforcing discipline among its members, and is expected to serve as deterrence to other practitioners.
