You can never go wrong with abacha,this is one meal I can never get tired of,the taste and everything is giving 100/100 no cap!
I made it using
Abacha that's cassava flake
Ukpaka or ugba
Ogiri that's fermented locust beans
Little seasoning and salt for taste
Red oil
Pepper fresh or grinded
Fish
Pommo
Then utazi or garden egg leaf for extra color
First you want to wash and soak your abacha for sometime then pour into a strainer to remove excess water.In another bowl add some red oil,add the ogiri and dissolve using a spoon,then add little seasoning and salt to taste and stir,add onions, blended fresh pepper,thinly sliced pommo and ukpaka give a nice stir to combine all the ingredients,then add the star of the dish abacha π and use your clean hands to mix everything well well then lastly sprinkle utazi leaf or garden egg leaf and stir for the last time
Serve using fried fish and enjoy ππ
This abacha was a bang my baby sis gave me 10/10 and even ordered for more ππ
for the fish and pommo parboil it using salt, onions and maggi before frying
