Worrying involves focusing all your energy on potential negative outcomes, which cause anxiety and stress.

Note that it does not solve any problem or change the situation. Instead, it takes away from the present moment and can even make it harder to address challenges effectively.

God, knowing how much effect worrying can affect man, gave us the best solution in the book of Philippians 4:6-7.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus".

Therefore, rather than being worried and stressing your mind, lay it all down at the Lord’s feet.
