The absolute best form of worship to perform during these last 10 night is the Prayer.

The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever stands in worship (i.e. night prayer) during Laylat Al-Qadr out of faith and seeking reward (from Allah), his past sins are forgiven".

And the main deeds that take place in the Prayer are:
1- The recitation of the Quran,
2- Thikr (such as what is said in Rukoo & Sujood),
3- and Dua (mainly in Sujood).

A menstruating woman is prohibited from
Praying, so the best thing in her case would be to do the deeds that are done in the Prayer (i.e. Quran, Thikr & Dua).

Wives of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
Umm Salamah (RA)

625 CE | 4 AH

After Zaynab Um ul-Masakeen the Prophet ﷺ married Um Salamah also known as Hind bint Umayyah, also a widow, in 4AH.

It is said that she was the most intelligent and wise of all the wives of the Prophet. She was born 28 years before hijra. She too was a widow who had been married to Abu Salama and had emigrated to Abyssinia with him, being forced by the Quraysh to leave her young son behind. Out of her immense love for Abu Salamah she asked for a mutual covenant that even after one of them die the other would not remarry. However Abu Salamah in his great wisdom made a supplication, ‚"O Allah! grant Um Salamah after me a man, who is better than me, one who will cause her no sadness and no hurt".

She died during the reign of Yazid I in 59/678 and was the last of the wives of the Prophet ﷺ to pass away.

Wives of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
Zainab bint Khuzaymah (RA)

624 CE | 3 AH

When 'Ubaydah had died after his single combat with 'Utbah at the beginning of the battle of Badr, he had left a widow who was very much younger than himself, Zaynab, the daughter of Khuzaymah. She was of a very generous nature, and already before the days of Islam she had been known as "the mother of the poor". A year after being widowed she was still unmarried, and when the Prophet ﷺ asked her to marry him she gladly accepted.

The Prophet ﷺ married her in 4 AH, she died 2 or 8 months later. Thus, Zainab bint Khuzaymah and Khadijah are the only two wives of the Prophet ﷺ to have died during his lifetime.

She was a woman of noble lineage and a widow who had been married twice before; both of her husbands were cousins of the Prophet ﷺ.
