That’s what I hear almost every single time during my sessions with women who’ve gone through IVF before… and it didn’t work.

Not because they didn’t try.
Not because they didn’t want it enough.
But because they didn’t know what no one tells you before you start:

➡️ That your protocol should match your biology — not a template.
➡️ That nutrition, inflammation, and lifestyle matter more than you think.
➡️ That there are tests beyond the basics that could make or break success.
➡️ That transfer prep is just as important as retrieval.
