Asun Fried Rice
- [ ] Vegetable oil
- [ ] Chopped onions
- [ ] Thyme, Basil, Rosemary, Bayleaf
- [ ] Roughly blended pepper (tomatoes, scotch bonnet, red bell pepper and onions)
- [ ] Curry powder, Chicken bouillon, Salt, Smoked Paprika
- [ ] Veggies (carrot, sweet corn, green peas)
- [ ] Bell peppers in colors
- [ ] Washed basmati rice
- [ ] Goat meat broth

Chocolate Cake

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla flavour
- 1 tsp Instant coffee mixed with 1 cup hot water
I sifted the flour and cocoa powder while prepping.

Bake for 30-35mins.

This chocolate cake is still moist in the fridge even after a week of baking😅. You should give this recipe a try, you will love itttt.

Turkey Pizza

For the dough
- [ ] 2 cups all purpose flour
- [ ] 1Tsp yeast
- [ ] 1 tbsp sugar
- [ ] 1/2 tsp salt
- [ ] 2tbsp vegetable oil
- [ ] 3/4 cup warm water

For the topping
- [ ] Tomato sauce / Ketchup
- [ ] Shredded mozarella cheese
- [ ] Pan seared ground turkey
- [ ] Bell peppers

Place in a preheated oven at 350F for 25mins
