So I wanted to do a back drop for my business...

I called up my designer and he gave me something plain...
I didn't like his design that much and I asked him to redo again.. just then I remembered I had chatGPT..
I didn't even remember I had chatGPT at first..until my smalli Apprentice said she can help me design a flyer using chatGPT..I wasn't surprised because she was smart .and even my own daughter knows how to use the app and so I just gave her my phone to do her thing..

This 12 year old designed all the flyers that I am on...

I had to do tweak it to my taste..

Because some disappointments can actually be avoided

1. Ask for REAL videos, not only pictures.
Some online photos were taken during their village festival in 2021

2. Check if people complain about oil.
If the chops shine like car engine…
run for your safety

3. Ask when they fry their chops.
Because nobody wants “yesterday’s puff puff” packaged as fresh order

4. Read customer reviews carefully.
Especially the angry reviews.
That’s where the real truth lives

5. Ask about delivery time.
Hunger can humble anybody.
No one wants guests waiting 3 extra hours for samosa 😭

6. If the price looks suspiciously too cheap…
prepare your heart in advance

Good small chops cost money because quality ingredients, fresh oil and proper preparation are not cheap.
At the end of the day, small chops may look “small”…
but one bad order can ruin your mood completely ..

Feedback is the second lifeline of a business.

Yesterday, while taking my time to respond to all enquiries on our WhatsApp, I came across this lady’s number and decided to open our chat.

I discovered she bought 100 pieces of ready-to-fry samosa and 105 pieces of spring rolls for her event.

I made sure her journey with us was smooth. Even after she placed her order, we still reached out to check on her, and as usual, we asked for feedback.

She was a first-time customer, and according to her, my uncle gave her my contact.

Now, this is why I’m writing this and dropping it here...

I am for real. In fact, I am as real as the phone you are holding in your hand.

I am here to prove that, and until you start believing in my brand, I will not stop.

This feedback truly made my day. ❤️❤️❤️

Hard Puff Puff Complaint

Nothing breaks trust faster than puff puff that feels like stone.

Ha no body go warn you...na your taste bud and teeth go worry you..

I went to a party one time and they served chops..Omo..

Let me be honest..each time am out to parties and am served chops my taste buds quickly checks for different things.. salt, sugar ratio, dryness, fluffiness etc..i just want to compare..
So at the part..they served puff puff.. it was the starter for the event and as they carried the tray and pass by my table I saw the puff puff..looking all brownish and round..

In my mind . This one na gold.. although this particular puff puff looks so inviting I won't lie. ..

I sha stand up from my seat..tell the server say them never our share for our side oo. After 20mins she bought it and we as soon as I bite it Omo.. rock self dey learn work....na so I drop the rock of puff puff ooo..

I started wondering what went wrong, was it that they fried it a day before or what..

I am assuming that the job came late and so they had to fry puff puff overnight.

One thing customers secretly fear when ordering snacks is receiving puff puff that is hard, dry, or obviously reheated. Fresh puff puff should be soft inside, slightly crisp outside, and still fluffy hours later.
