His Royal Highness, the Emir of Bade, is currently performing the sacred rites of Umrah at the Grand Mosque (Al-Masjid Al-Haram) in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with devotion, humility, and deep spiritual reflection.

During this blessed journey, His Royal Highness continues to offer prayers for lasting peace, unity, and progress in the Bade Emirate, Yobe State, and Nigeria as a whole.

We pray that Almighty Allah accepts his Umrah and all his acts of worship, grants him good health, long life, wisdom, and continued success in leading his people with justice, compassion, and integrity.

Today, His Royal Highness, the Emir of Bade, Alhaji Abubakar Umar Suleiman, observed Juma’at prayers at Gashua Central Mosque alongside thousands of worshippers.

Accompanied by palace officials, the Emir prayed for peace, unity, and progress in Bade Emirate, Yobe State, and Nigeria 🇳🇬

His Royal Highness the Emir of Bade, Alhaji Abubakar Umar Suleiman, Receives Delegation from Ministry of Livestock Development and L-PRES

His Royal Highness the Emir of Bade, Alhaji Abubakar Umar Suleiman, OFR, graciously received a delegation from the Federal Ministry of Livestock Development, led by the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Yusuf Madaki, in collaboration with the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES).

The delegation also included the Special Adviser to the Governor on Security Matters, Brigadier General Dahiru Abdulsalam (Rtd.), alongside other senior officials and stakeholders.
During the courtesy visit held at the Emir's Palace, discussions centered on strategies aimed at strengthening livestock development, enhancing animal health services, and promoting sustainable support for pastoral communities across the Bade Emirate.

His Royal Highness commended the Federal Government and the Yobe State Government for their commitment to transforming the livestock sector and improving the livelihoods of herders and farmers. He assured the delegation of the Emirate's continued support and cooperation towards the successful implementation of programmes that will benefit the people.

The visit also featured prayers for peace, unity, and continued prosperity in the Emirate and the nation at large.

CONDOLENCE MESSAGE
INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHI RAJI’UN

On behalf of Alh. Abubakar Umar Suleiman, OFR, Emir of Bade, the Bade Emirate Council, traditional title holders, District Heads, and the entire people of Bade Emirate, we extend our deepest condolences to the Gazargamu Emirate Council, the family of His Royal Highness Alhaji Ahmad Tijjani Ibn Saleh, and the people of Yobe State over his passing on 9th June 2026 in Cairo, Egypt.

The late Emir was a pillar of wisdom, humility, and selfless service to his people and humanity. His fatherly counsel and exemplary leadership will remain a source of inspiration for all of us.

We pray Almighty Allah (SWT) forgives his shortcomings, illuminates his grave, and grants him Aljannatul Firdaus. May He also grant the bereaved family, the Gazargamu Emirate, and all of us the strength, patience, and fortitude to bear this great loss. Ameen.
