Ingredients:
• Conchiglie Rigate Pasta
• Plantain
• Beef
• Curry Powder
• Oregano
• Seasoning
• Spice Mix
• Ginger & Garlic
• Pepper Mix
• Tomato Paste
• Onion
• Vegetable Oil

Sweet plantain + spicy beef pasta is truly a 10/10 combo😋👍

Today’s recipe is this beautifully seasoned grilled fish stuffed with flavorful couscous 😍
So juicy, spicy, smoky and absolutely delicious!

For the fish marinade, I used:
Garlic • Ginger • Curry powder • Paprika • Black pepper • Seasoning cubes, fish seasoning • Salt • Oil

And for the couscous stuffing, I combined:
Couscous • Onion • Curry powder • Paprika • Seasoning • Mixed spices 🤍

Everything came together so perfectly after baking… the fish stayed soft and juicy while the couscous absorbed all the rich flavors 🥹
Definitely one of those meals that looks fancy but tastes even better! 👌😋👍
