During an interview, should you ask a question or not?...

Structuring questions to ask interviewers at times can require so much critical thinking. You want to be sure you're asking just the right questions for that moment...

Below is a list of what you should think about while structuring perfect and professional questions to ask during an interview...

✅ Direct your questions to the needs of the company. Ask questions that demonstrate how you can help the company if hired.

✅ Ask clear and easy-to-comprehend questions. If you have a question that's complex about the company, please break it down as much as possible. Be specific. Direct the questions to different interviewers if they're more than one.

✅ Ask questions about different facets of the company. This reveals that you're interested the the totality of the company.

✅ Keep your tone formal as you. Do not, for any reason, raise your voice while asking a question. Do not get carried away by emotions.

✅ Focus your questions on the company. Do not go deep into your personal information like hobbies or interest unless the interviewer asks.

Below are questions you can ask your interviewers:

✅ Can you characterize the company's working environment?

✅ Do you offer chances for professional growth in your company?

✅ What are some of the difficulties I might experience in this role?

✅ How does the business evaluate a job's success?

✅ What has been the company's largest obstacle in the last year?

✅ Could you give me additional information about the team or department I would be working in?

✅ Do you have any reservations or queries regarding my credentials?

✅ What duties do you expect the successful candidate to perform on a daily basis in this position?

✅ In what ways has this position evolved over time?

I hope this helps someone...

Go ace your interviews!🚀👏

This is what you were told...

✅ "I got 4 fully-funded scholarships..."

✅ "I got a 100% assistantship position..."

✅ "I won the XX scholarships and I'm glad to begin my studies at XX University..."

or...

✅ "I got the Job..."

✅ "I won the business grant..."

✅ "I was shortlisted for the final stage interview..."
..But you didn't ask:

✅ "What did it cost you?"

✅ "How did you do it?"

✅ "What did you go through?"

✅ "When did you do it?"

Let me bet this with you: If you ask these questions, you might get a deep sigh. You might have responses like "it wasn't easy." Some even failed many times. Some had to defer the admissions that eventually got them funding. Some had to review their documents by paying to professionals for a revamp (I do this though). IT TAKES A WHOLE LOT TO SUCCEED!

While it isn't totally impossible to hit a jackpot once at a shot, you gather experiences at retrying until victory is ascertained. Keep applying! Keep submitting those documents! Keep following mentors! Keep celebrating winners, but don't forget to ask how they did it, what it costed them, what they passed through and exactly when they did it. These might be all you need to end the cycle of concurrent trials without yield. Read posts to draw the contents that weren't obviously discussed. You'll learn a great deal! After all, don't stop praying, please.

I hope this helps someone...
I'll be ever ready to celebrate your success soon. Don't relent!
Please follow, share and comment. I'd love to hear from you too🥂

+ When you have all these conditions fulfilled, reach out to faculties/lecturers via cold emails. I can teach you how to write that... It's very easy, but tricky. There are rules that bind it. You miss it, you put flames on your tail! Be informed, that most funding or scholarships are not always posted. Some faculties might have the funding to help your study but are not advertising it. How do you know if you don't reach out?

+ Perhaps you might find this shocking... Pray, and I say again, Pray! That opportunity you're applying to, do you think you're doing it alone? Faculties/Lecturers receive tons of emails daily. Pray your email don't get lost or trashed as junks in their email. Pray they even get to open it and enjoy the reading process. Pray their in their right moos to understand you and send you a good response. A lot to pray about, right?

+ Lastly, cross your fingers and keep applying! Certainly, I'll share your testimony in this space, and I know you'll soon be congratulated!

Do you find this piece helpful? Kindly share, Comment and Connect! We can talk more privately, right?

This is the truth! - Putting all eggs in one basket is risky.

While I always advice that seekers have a focus, it is important to apply to as many opportunities found around that 'focus'. That is, before you start applying to everything you see, make good findings:

+ Which country do I want to go further my studies? You might need to make this decision because different countries have varying weather conditions. You know your health, right?

+ Which schools in these countries offer those courses you're interested in? What if you kickstart an application to a scholarship and you eventually find out your desired program isn't offered in the school?

+ Make research on the selected program particularly. Do you meet the school's or program's admission requirements? You don't want to go through the rigorous application process and after months, get a rejection letter, right?

+ Find out if there are any faculties/lecturers with research interests related to yours (particularly for Graduate studies). I recently visited a program site that interests me, but all faculties aren't 'doing' what I'm interested in. I simply quitted the page. Do you understand?

+ Get all your application documents ready: from Personal Letter/Statement of Purpose/Motivation Letter/Cover Letter to your Academic CV, Unofficial Transcript, School Certificate etc. Some scholarship notifications can get to you pretty late, closing in a few days or hours probably. But if you have your documents ready, you can submit in no time. By the way, I can write you all above-listed documents at pocket-friendly prices. May I say too, that I submitted applications to two programs in 3 hours. You can do this only if you're prepared!

Let me remind you, that you must be very careful when filling ANY kind of form (physically or virtually)...

Recently, I made a slight mistake that costed me an opportunity worth thousands of dollars. Nobody is above mistake you'd say? It can very much be avoided.

While filling any forms, be it for a job, scholarship, grant, or whatever it may be, TAKE YOUR TIME to read very well before you hit that "Submit" button. Spending time on digesting the contents of a form ISN'T a sign of weakness, neither does it prove that you're not swift. On the contrary, it proves that you are very keen at paying attention to details.

As you apply to those jobs, scholarships or grant opportunities, don't be caught up in submitting early than paying critical attention to every details of that application. You never can tell where a 'trap' is awaiting.

I hope this helps someone. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'll definitely respond.

I am rooting for you! That opportunity is yours!
Cheers to your success! 🥂

Hey! It's been a while here.
While I'm away, I've been cooking something up for you... Don't worry, you'll get it soon!

In the meantime, let me remind you, that the best way to maximize job/scholarship/grant opportunities brought 'across your table' is to have your documents professionally prepared before such opportunities appear.

Let's connect if you need help with any of the below documents.

Cheers to your success!
