The Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT), the pace setting Islamic organization with over 360 locations worldwide, has expressed immense joy and pride at the elevation of a legal luminary, Kazeem Olajide Olaniyan to the distinguished rank of Professor of Law.

Born in Ede, Osun State, Professor Olaniyan is a respected academic in the Department of Public and International Law, University of Ibadan, and currently serves as Dean, College of Law, Fountain University, Osogbo (2025).

His appointment, according to NASFAT, is a celebration of brilliance, dedication, and integrity, which are hallmarks of his exceptional career and service to humanity.

The National Public Relations Secretary of Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih, Alhaji Shamsideen Owolabi Oseni in a statement described him as a scholar of uncommon distinction, who holds four degrees from the University of Ibadan, including a Ph.D. in Law, LL.M., LL.B. (Hons), and a B.A. in Philosophy.

An Osun State based Media Professional, Mr. Hammed Tajudeen, has appealed to political leaders in the state to set aside their differences and prioritise peace and development.

Mr. Tajudeen made this appeal on a radio programme, while discussing the ongoing political crisis surrounding local government governance in the state.

The online journalist stressed that if the current political crisis was not properly managed, it could have negative impact on grassroots development and the well-being of residents.

Nigeria Stored Products Research Institute, NSPRI, says it is ready to partner stakeholders in agriculture to facilitate technological innovations for food production, preservation and food safety in Nigeria.

The NSPRI Executive Director, Professor Lateef Sanni gave the indication while featuring on a monitored radio programme in Ibadan.

According to the Post - Harvest expert in tropical roots, NSPIR deals in all post harvest solution to protect preserve and package non chemical solutions for maize, beans and cowpea.

Professor Sanni noted that it is also in the institution mandate to ensure reduction of pesticide in food commodities by working with regulatory agencies to improve standards of agriculture commodities and products.

Professor Sanni however emphasized that NSPRI is always ready to collaborate with individuals and stakeholders to reduce post harvest loss and ensure food security in Nigeria.
