Good evening sir,pls hide my identity,am a lady 26years ,I have been dating this guy for close to 5 months now , everything is going well,as he tries his best to support me because he does not have ,the problem is he wants me to be preg*nant as soon as possible but me I don't want it now until when I have a stable source of income but he always insist. Am I doing anything wrong because I Know men of nowadays,they can easily aba*ndon a lady once preg*nant,and also I found out he smo*kes,I conf*ronted him,he said he will stop it that he will do anything to keep me,but I travel for greener pastures,I now went to visit him ,I discovered he still smoking,he will go out that he wants to buy sweet meanwhile he wants to go and sm0ke ,I don't know what to do ,I can't stand being with some one who smookes ,pls what can I do to stop him from smoking,pls I need your advise on these two issues…. thanks,I will be in the comment section

I always get surprised whenever I visit colleges and universities. It like these microcosms have turned into places where little girls go to practise 'wifely functions'!

Whenever I visit some boys' dormitories, I get disappointed to find that it is now common for a girl to live with a boyfriend/course mate. ...

It is now common for her lover to give her the popular compliment 'you look sexy my gal' and she would gladly reply 'thank you, honey, with a flirty voice and a romantic smile.

Who is her lover?

A third or fourth year student.

And they are aiming for the next best couple award for the session by the departmental association. So, the girl needs to live with him to prepare along.

What nonsense! It seems that some girls suddenly lose their senses immediately they gain admission.

I've seen that some of them have no more sense of caution, honour, and dignity.

They would change their wardrobes and acquire a new set of make-ups just to look sexy enough for the guys.

In months, they would start sleeping around with boys. I mean boys who collect pocket money from their uncles!

Hey! I want you to know that you were sent to school to obtain a diploma/degree, not a disease.

The campus is called a school; school not s*x! You are on campus to receive education, not ej*******on. You are there to master the use of a pen not the pleasures of a penìs.

Wake up, girl! Do some thinking. Your future is greater than the 'best couple award'

The military coup that occurred in Gabon last night vindicates my earlier assertion that if the ECOWAS allows the July 26, 2023 Nigerien military coup against the democratically elected Mohamed Bazoum led administration to stand, it will have a domino effect across West Africa and regions contiguous to our region.

This is precisely what happened in the sixties. It started with the first ever West African coup in Togo on 13 January 1963, which then spread to neighbouring Benin Republic on October 28, 1963, and then Nigeria on January 15, 1966, and to Ghana the next month, until West Africa became known as the 'coup belt'.

We are now seeing a repeat of that domino effect. And nobody must make the mistake of thinking that it will stop if we do not act. Nigeria is the regional power, and those who have ability also have responsibility.

I, therefore, call on all Nigerian past and present leaders at all levels, including members of the opposition, to join President Bola Tinubu, and his government, for the LIMITED purpose of reversing the coup in Niger Republic and reinstating the democratically elected government of Mohamed Bazoum, and to support whatever will be Nigeria's response to this new coup in Gabon.
