This is my own bias; I don't believe anyone is empty.

But here’s a fact that I’ve come to know deeply: no one on earth is empty.

We are all like containers, filled with something the world needs, even if it hasn’t been uncovered yet.

It doesn’t matter where you’ve been, your background, gender, or colour.

You’re here for a reason, and within you lies a potential, a gift, that’s waiting to be shared.

Your experiences, your talents, your dreams—these aren’t just random; they are tools and treasures meant to bless the world.

The World Isn’t Short of Potential; It’s Short of People Bold Enough to Use It.

We have over 8 billion people on Earth, each carrying a unique potential that could enrich the world.

But here’s the issue:

It’s not a lack of potential that holds us back from solving global problems.

The problem lies in two things:

• People unaware of their potential
• People who aren’t bold enough to act on it

Most of us grew up in systems, cultures, or traditions that didn't teach us to recognize our potential.

Instead, we were taught to follow a path already laid out by others, and this often means conforming over creating, fitting in rather than standing out.

The world’s biggest challenges need fresh solutions. Climate change, inequality, health crises, poverty; they’re calling for new ideas, new voices, and new approaches.

And those solutions are waiting to be unlocked in the minds of young people everywhere.

We don’t need more talent.

We need more people who realize their own capabilities and are willing to leverage them.

How Do We Get There?

To start, a deep reorientation of mindset is crucial.

Here’s where we can begin:

• Challenge limiting beliefs: Recognize that the mindsets we inherited aren’t set in stone.

Young people need to learn that they aren’t confined to the roles or limitations imposed by past generations.

• Invest in self-awareness:

Schools and systems need to place as much emphasis on potential discovery as they do on traditional skills.

The process of recognizing one’s strengths and passions should be as routine as studying math.

• Create supportive networks:

Surrounding oneself with mentors, resources, and like-minded people can create a nurturing environment that encourages individuals to explore and use their potential boldly.

The solutions to the world’s biggest challenges are not in systems or governments.

They’re in the people who recognize and harness their potential.

They’re in each of us if we have the courage to pursue them.

Now, imagine the possibilities if even a fraction of those 8 billion people realized their potential and used it to solve a problem.

The impact would be transformative.

Is Life Meant to Follow the Same Script? School. Job. Marriage. Retirement. Repeat.

From the time we’re young, society hands us this predictable script: go to school, find a job, work till you’re old, then quietly fade away.

But is that all there is?

Growing up, I couldn’t shake this question.

I watched people around me living the same pattern, day in and day out, as if life were a checklist instead of a journey.

It didn’t sit right with me, so I started asking why.

Why must life be reduced to this cycle?

Is this really the meaning of life?

My journey for answers led me to books like Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Purpose Driven Life, and it deepened further when I began building a relationship with my Maker.

The more I read, learned, and reflected, the more I realized:

life wasn’t designed by society’s standards.

Life is ours to design.

I chose to forge my own path: Go to school, yes, but find my Ikigai, create value, and live purposefully.

And here I am, still evolving, but finding fulfillment in doing what I was created to do.

The World Needs More Purpose-Driven People

People who won’t blend in.

People who seek their true self and commit to sharing it with the world.

And this can be you!

The traditional path doesn’t have to be your path.

My pastor asked everyone to do something in church yesterday, something that will help strengthen relationships.

But before I tell you what he instructed us to do, here are some things he shared:

- Don’t do life alone. Two are always better than one.

- Don’t run alone, because when you fall, you will have no one to help you.

- There are some relationships God won’t bring your way now because you don’t yet have the capacity to sustain them.

So, build capacity and first become the kind of friend you want to have.

Now, this is what he instructed us to do:

For those who had left good relationships due to offense, he told them to send a message to their friend and apologize.

I didn’t capture the message template since I wasn't in this category.

For those with good friends, he asked us to send the following messages:

Message 1:

"Dear friend, I'm currently in church, and my pastor instructed me to reach out to a friend who has been good to me.

Guess what?

Your name was the first on my heart.

This is just me thanking you for being such a good friend, and I pray that the Lord helps me to be the same for you."

Message 2:

"Hi, friend. We've been friends for some time now, and I trust your judgment.

I'm in a season where I need to shift. Tell me three things that, if I adjust, will make me a better person for you and for my generation.

Also, share three things that, if I get better at, will make me a blessing to you and my generation."

This little exercise produced great results that I can’t even begin to mention.

But here’s why I’m sharing this: I want you to take a moment to appreciate the good friends the Lord has blessed you with.

Send them a message this morning, and feel free to use the above templates.

Also, consider reconnecting with any good friends you’ve distanced yourself from due to offense.

Always remember: you can’t run alone.

You need divine relationships and strong friendships to help you through life.

Two will always be better than one because they will have a good reward for their labor.

𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘁...

If you don’t want to see it play out in your life.

This was the statement made in our Sunday school on Sunday.

For two Sundays now, we’ve been examining the power of confessions, how the words we speak shape the direction and reality of our lives.

I'm privileged to be a Sunday school teacher, and here are a few things I taught in my class that I believe can help you:

• For a believer, confession is not just positive talk; it is you saying what God is saying. And you do that by speaking the Scriptures.

• Your thoughts and your words are two powerful tools that you can use to create anything.

• God created the universe and everything in it by speaking words. This means that, as a child of God, you can create your world by speaking God's Word.

• Whatever you don't want to see in your life, don’t say it, because you’ll always have what you say.

Instead of saying you're sick, say you're strong.

Don’t say you're broke, say you have plenty.

Don’t say you're a failure, say you're a success...

No matter how real the negative things you're seeing or feeling are, do not speak them.

Rather, speak the Word of God, which is truer and more real than that situation; let it form your reality.

It’s a great month, and I experience ease because goodness and mercy follow me every day.

Many of us are suffering from knowledge ma********on.

We are in a digital age where we have an excess supply of knowledge, and people consume a lot of it without implementing what they've learned.

Hearing the term knowledge ma********on for the first time?

I've got you covered.

It simply means when someone constantly acquires knowledge but does not put it into practice or use it to achieve something tangible.

As someone who reads a lot, I reached a point in my life where I needed to focus more on doing than just gathering knowledge.

The truth is, gathering knowledge is powerful.

But putting that knowledge into action is even more powerful.

And I think this is where most of us miss it.

We believe that our lack of results is due to a low knowledge base, when in reality, the problem is that we do nothing with what we've gathered over time.

Realising this very truth was a game changer for me.

I now take my time to implement what I've learned before moving on to the next book.

I don't jump from one seminar or program to another.

This applies to my spiritual development as well.

This is a wake-up call: most times, the solution to your problem may not be reading more books or buying more courses.

It might just be sitting down and implementing the knowledge you've gathered over time.

To sum it up, knowledge is not power until you put it to work.

At the end of the day, nobody will give you an award or celebrate you for reading 50 books in a year, buying different courses, or attending all the events of the year.

People only celebrate those who have results.

And the best way to get results is to implement what you've learned.
