⚡ We can learn from our failures or mistakes.
Do you know that failure or mistake can be a powerful motivator, a valuable teacher and also a catalyst for change?
Hmmmm.....Follow me closely 👇
I'm writing my pre-finals exams presently, and it has been going smoothly. All thanks to God.
Being the first time of writing that particular exam, I was tensed and anxious. Although when I saw the questions, they were questions I could easily devour. But anxiety got me in the middle of it and I couldn't just deliver as much as i should.
I came back home angry at myself. I was like gosh, what happened to me? Why was I tensed? I kept thinking about why I was tensed and couldn't perform well. And I figured out it was because that was the 1st time sitting for the exam, so I've had alot in my head and that affected my performance.
Now, I knew I messed up already in the 1st paper and wouldn't want that to repeat itself as I sit for the rest. I prayed fervently for God's grace throughout the exams and I also sought out ways to write my exams perfectly without any form of fear or anxiety.
So basically, I was able to move on smoothly because I checked myself and also learnt from my mistake. I taught myself not to be anxious nor tensed when going for an examination but rather do my best and trust God to do the rest.
All this motivated me, taught me and also became a catalyst for my growth not only academically, but in all areas of my life.
So finally, I would say that DON'T LET YOUR MISTAKE OR FAILURE HALT YOUR PROGRESS, YOU SHOULD RATHER LET IT MOTIVATE YOU TO BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF. ~Joseph Janet
