Why will Evangelist Lawrence Oyor decide to feature in a song with someone who dyed a part of his hair gold and put on necklace?
Why will Evangelist Lawrence Oyor agree to feature in a song with someone who sings in circular events and have even sang in clubs?
I know this would be some of the thoughts going through the minds of Christians which is totally understand due to the religious nature of the “Nigerian Church”
Gaise Baba in an interview with Apostle Femi Lazarus months back stated that he sings in clubs and circular events—not worldly songs but Christian songs and he has seen lives transform.
He has reached out to many persons with the Gospel and gotten them saved. He said we can’t continue to expect to take over the world if we continue to remain in the four walls of the church and make no effort to get into other spheres where the devil is trapping young people.
Gaise Baba made it clear that the current Revivalist God is raising which is one of them, are Creatives who will take over different spheres of circular spaces for God like sport, art, fashion, music, poetry, games, etc
So I am not surprise at the current move happening now. The so called Religious Belief in Nigeria may not allow some genuine Christian to participate in this current move of God but I pray we all come into the understanding of what God is doing soonest.
God is interested in invading every space before the second coming on son—Jesus Christ. With the kind of Religious Christian most of us practice in this part of the world, it will make it a bit harder for Jesus to find expression in some kind of spheres.
Beyond the looks and other physical appearances, God searches the heart. God is raising men that will serve Him genuinely from their heart not hypocrites who have a form of godliness but deny the power thereof.
The current move of God is beyond the boarders of the church—It will circulate to the Governments, Politics, Sports, Military, Economic Firms, World Banks, and all forms of Social Strata
Religion will hinder the move of God. Christianity is not in church doctrines but in passion of having a personal relationship with God and a genuine heart of love for God, His Kingdom and People.
We can’t see the fullness of God’s power and influence in our generation if we continue to cage God by religion and traditional sentiments
May God help His Church.
