GTMike Ayete Football League Second Edition Set to Kick Off on August 11th
The highly anticipated GTMike Ayete Football League is set to return for its second edition, promising an exciting display of football talent and sportsmanship in the community. Scheduled to commence on August 11th, the tournament will feature ten top-notch teams from Ayete, each vying for the coveted top spots and substantial prizes.
The participating teams are:
1. Isawo FC
2. Gbodiko FC
3. Oke-ogun FC
4. Odoode FC
5. Iwafin FC
6. Iki FC
7. Imofin FC
8. Ikogba FC
9. Malete FC
10. Ooba FC
The matches will take place at the Ayete Grammar School, a venue that promises to host thrilling encounters between the competing teams. A total of 45 matches will be played, with each team facing every other team in a bid to emerge victorious.
The tournament's prize structure is designed to incentivize performance and participation. The winning team will receive a grand prize of ₦250,000, while the second and third positions will be awarded ₦150,000 and ₦100,000, respectively. Additionally, all participating teams will receive a participation fee of ₦25,000 each. There will also be bonuses for outstanding players, further adding to the competitive spirit.
