1. Sanguine,
2. Choleric,
3. Phlegmatic, and
4. Melancholic

These personalities have their do and don't, what triggers their emotions to happiness, anger, relationship, s*x role, etc.

You can get a copy of the book if you are interested in knowing about your personality and other people around you

Knowing yourself and others around you will help you in dealing with people without having issues and you can easily communicate and even influence them.
