Waiting for the other person to say sorry first often keeps both people stuck. Saying sorry doesn’t mean you were 100% wrong. It means 'I value peace more than being right.'
2. Mending the broken walls
That’s literally part of your logo. Sometimes one person has to lay the first brick to start rebuilding. It could be you today, and him tomorrow.
3. How to say it without losing yourself
You don’t have to take all the blame. Try:
'I’m sorry for my part in this. I don’t want us to stay like this. Can we talk?'
That owns your part, and invites him to own his too.

Lekan Alabi takes a final bow

The veteran journalist and press secretary to three consecutive former Oyo State Governors Lekan Alabi is dead.

The Abese Olubadan passed away this morning in Lagos at the age of 76 years.

Family sources say he would be buried tomorrow in accordance with Islamic rites.
