First, you have to understand the basics of selling and the different types of sales. Then, you need to know your audience.

Who are they? What are they looking for? What motivates them? Next, you'll need to have a genuine interest in the product you're selling.

This will come off in your pitch.

The more you like the product and the more knowledgeable you are about it's benefits, the easier this part will be.

Lastly, sales are all about persistence.
You have to be willing to try multiple times to get someone to buy your product.
