STATUTORY NOTICE OF CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT PROCESS

TO: All Members of JOGSOBA

PURSUANT to Article 21 of the Constitution of JOGSOBA, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Constitutional Amendment Process will be finalized at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to hold on:

Date: Saturday, May 3rd, 2025
Time: 11:00 am
Venue: JOGSOBA Centenary Complex, Ijebu-Ode Grammar School

At the AGM, the proposed amendments to the Constitution will be presented, debated, and voted upon. The amended Constitution will come into effect immediately upon approval.

All members are encouraged to attend the AGM and participate in the decision-making process.
