*REJOINDER: BTO IS NOT YOUR PROBLEM, INGRATITUDE IS - ANEYF REMAINS FOCUSED*

Our attention has been drawn to a baseless write-up titled "BTO'S POLITICS AND THE DERAILMENT OF ANEYF IN AKOKO NORTH EAST" being circulated by some faceless individuals who have lost relevance in Akoko North East politics.

Let us set the record straight.

*1. On Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo (BTO):*
It is hypocritical to acknowledge in one breath that BTO performed excellently as MHR and then turn around to label his continued goodwill as "fake love and control." Akoko North Federal Constituency has never had it so good. From scholarships, to employment facilitation, to infrastructure, to business support - BTO's impact is unmatched in the history of our constituency.

If generosity is now a crime, then what do our critics want? A leader who abandons his people after election? BTO did not cage anyone. People naturally gravitate towards a leader who shows capacity, compassion and consistency. That is called goodwill, not control.

Akoko North East is not anyone's estate, but no one has done more to project Akoko North East to the national limelight like BTO has done as Minister of Interior.

*2. On ANEYF - Akoko North East Youth Forum:*
ANEYF was never derailed. It is more united, more organized and more impactful than ever before. The forum made a conscious and collective decision to support a performing son of the land. That is not praise-singing, that is political maturity.

Should ANEYF support those who have nothing to offer our youths? Should we oppose a man who has given our youths jobs in Immigration, NSCDC, Fire Service and Correctional Service just to appear "independent"?

ANEYF leadership is not trading the future of youths - it is securing it. The crumbs are in the hands of those writing from the sidelines. What ANEYF enjoys under BTO is substantial empowerment.

ANEYF is not like other indigenous groups on Facebook and other social handles that was created mainly to identify problem online, finding remedy to it online and championing political ambition for politicians who reach out to them, ANEYF stand for community development, facilitation of employment for our youth and providing meaningful empowerment for the youth.

We challenge the writers to come out openly and mention one youth-oriented project they have facilitated for Akoko North East compared to BTO.

ANEYF remains an independent forum, but independent does not mean foolish. We know who is for us and we will stand with them.

Akoko North East youths are not for sale and are not available to be used for cheap blackmail against our own benefactors.

APPRECIATION IS AN APPLICATION FOR MORE.

All thanks and adoration to the architect of mankind, the geometrician of the universe, who has commanded the sun and moon to announce my special day.

My heartfelt appreciation goes to all and sundry who find it worthy to celebrate a day I will never jettison from my life.

Yesterday is a reflection of how God has been so miraculous to me and a day that reminds me of my purpose on earth. Life has been so good to me for giving me adorable people like you around me; the love and encomium showered on me yesterday goes beyond what words can actually express, as I begin to think about what I have done for humanity that attracted the kind of passion you all have for me.

I can’t thank you enough, but it is in my prayer that Almighty Allah, in his infinite mercy, should help me to thank you all and grant you all your needs; may we always have positive reasons to celebrate ourselves.

May God never allow me to see myself as more special than any of you; may the world also say good things about you all.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU MR PRESIDENT!!!

The entire members of the Akoko North East Youth Forum joyfully celebrate our esteemed President, Comrade Raji Kazeem Akanji, on the occasion of his birthday.

We celebrate Comrade Raji Kazeem Akanji not merely because he is the President of the forum, but because he has distinguished himself as an exceptional leader in all ramifications.

In the few months since he assumed the leadership of the Youth Forum, Comrade Akanji has made remarkable efforts toward transforming the forum and improving the lives of its members.

Under his leadership, he has facilitated federal employment opportunities for members, supported the empowerment of youths, facilitated access to local government grants, and assisted members in accessing state government grants.

He has also changed the face and perception of the forum by demonstrating, through his actions, what the Akoko North East Youth Forum truly stands for: unity, empowerment, service, and progress.

Beyond his position as President, Comrade Akanji has shown himself to be a friendly, humble, honest, and people-oriented leader. His commitment to helping others extends beyond the youth forum, as he has also played a role in facilitating local government grants for some market women, among other contributions.

These achievements and his approach to leadership explain why many people admire him and seek to emulate his leadership qualities.

On this special occasion, we, the entire members of the Akoko North East Youth Forum, once again wish our amiable President, Comrade Raji Kazeem Akanji, a very happy birthday.
