THE POWER OF OWNING YOUR ACTIONS.
Owning your actions for me is what I call âAccountabilityâ and Accountability is the willingness and commitment to take full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and their outcomes whether good or bad. It means being answerable for the results you produce and the promises you make, without shifting blame or making excuses.
Itâs not just about being held responsible by others; itâs about holding yourself to a high personal standard, even when no one is watching.
