Wherever you find yourself in life, there’s a certain level of strength and influence allocated to you. Operate within that level with wisdom and clarity.

Within the limits of your strength, learn to discern by knowing when to negotiate, when to ask, and when to stand firm. That balance is the key to solving problems effectively.

At the same time, understand your place and position. When you do, you earn the attention and respect of others, allowing you to handle matters diplomatically and with grace.

In some situations, your voice will be heard. In others, it may not. Yet, keep pressing forward within the capacity you’ve been given - so you don’t fade into history unnoticed. When you fade out, e go still be those same people wey say - "comment on this, post on this", that will call you foolish.

And for those who might truly know what the problem is, but would still want to remain mischeavous, when e reach your turn, you can decide to jump into issues without taking your time to process them with wisdom
