When you feel stagnant, the first step is to

🔹 Evaluate your situation.
You must ask yourself: are you in the right place, with the right people, doing the right thing, and getting the right results? When I evaluated my life at age 40, I realised I was in the wrong place, where intellectualism was not valued and people were more interested in money.

🔹 Education.
After evaluation, you must put your education to work. You need to find an area where you have a comparative advantage.

🔹 Experiences.
Your experiences can also help you break free. I came with my experiences from running a men's fellowship, working closely with my bishop, and noticing the business acumen of the Igbo people. The experiences I gained from traveling and setting up a school also helped me run my own schools well.

🔹 Exposure.
Additionally, your exposure is key. My exposure is why I live differently and why my lifestyle generated criticism from people.

🔹 Enterprising and Enthusiasm
Finally, be enterprising and bring enthusiasm. I brought the enterprising spirit of Igbo land to my work, and it has helped me. Enthusiasm is a key motivator and will make people notice you. Do every small thing with a great mindset, as if it is your last chance to make a first impression.

GOVERNOR ADELEKE CELEBRATES FIRST LADY OLUREMI TINUBU ON HER 65th BIRTHDAY

OSOGBO– 21/09/2025– Osunstate.gov.ng

The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has congratulated the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on the auspicious occasion of her 65th birthday, celebrating her grace and unparallel conviction for impacting lives.

Governor Adeleke notes with fondness Senator Tinubu's deep commitment to nation building and the upholding of democratic principles, recalling the pivotal role she played in shaping the institution of the Senate and serving its purpose for Nigerians during her three-term in the upper legislative chamber.

The Governor hails the First Lady as a champion of women upliftment, contributing most of her public service years in echoing their challenges and pushing for opportunities, commending her for the sustained interest she has shown on youth development and the development of the larger society.

"I join family, friends and well-wishers to celebrate an incredible woman of unimaginable importance, the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Her Excellency Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on the joyous occasion of her 65th birthday. Senator Oluremi Tinubu is an Amazon, shaping not just lives for the better, but also building a pathway for a prosperous future," Governor Adeleke was quoted as saying in a congratulatory message.

"Senator Tinubu is a unique blessing of nature to us, and I enjoyed the grace of her kindness during my short stint in the Senate, as she not only explore her experience to guide my time in the red chamber, but also provided the needed support that made the journey eventful.

"As she marked a new age, I honour her life of service and contributions, and more importantly, praise her for sharing in the burden of serving Nigerians with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu."

Governor Adeleke prays to Almighty God to bless the First Lady with more rewarding years in good health and sound mind while "she continues to stay by the side of our beloved President Tinubu and offer the needed strength in his enviable pursuit of a prosperous Nigeria."
