Theme: *YOURS IS NOT THE FIRST*

*KEY TEXT:* *Ecclesiastics 1:9&10*
9 - That which has been is what will be, That which is done is what will be done, And there is nothing new under the sun.
10 - Is there anything of which it may be said, "See, this is new"? It has already been in ancient times before us.

*KEY VERSE* : *_That which has been is what will be, That which is done is what will be done, And there is nothing new under the sun._ (Ecclesiastic 1:9)*

*PEBBLES (MESSAGE)*
Good day, beloved. I prophesy to you: before this month is over, your testimony shall be established, in Jesus’ name.

Maybe you have made huge and costly mistakes before, or you presently feel unloved by God. I want you to know that someone, somewhere, has gone through something similar. Yours is not the first, and it will never be the last.

Whatever you are going through now, someone has likely gone through it before. It is not new. No one has a completely unique problem. We all face common challenges, as it is written:

No temptation has overtaken you except such as is COMMON TO MAN; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it. (1 Corinthians 10:13)

Just as God has helped others overcome their challenges, He will help you too. What you are facing now may be difficult, but others have faced similar challenges and overcome them.

Have you felt like you have failed at everything you have tried and wondered if it is worth trying again? You are not alone. Others have faced similar struggles and gone on to achieve great things.

Abraham Lincoln experienced several failures before becoming President of the United States. He failed in business, suffered several political defeats, and once described himself as the most miserable man living. Yet, he kept trying and eventually achieved great success.

Thomas Edison also experienced numerous unsuccessful attempts while developing the incandescent electric light. His story reminds us that failure is not the end.

As Samuel Beckett wisely said, "Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try Again. Fail again. Fail better."

NOTE:
There is no challenge you cannot overcome if only you:
1. Don't specialize but commonize the challenge.
2. Believe that every challenge has a solution.
3. Develop a never-give-up mentality.
4. Learn something new from every challenge and failure.
5. Develop a fighting spirit in prayer.

PRAYERS:
Father, show me the way out of every situation around my life, in Jesus’ name.

PERSONAL CONFESSION:
No matter my situation or challenge right now, I shall overcome. Everything presenting itself as impossible to me shall become possible, in Jesus’ name.

PEARL
Winners don't quit, and quitters don't win. If you will not give up the fight, you will soon have your flight.

Theme: *START SMALL, GROW BIG*

*KEY TEXT:* *Matthew 13:31&32*
31 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:
32 Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.

*KEY VERSE* : *_A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in his time._ - (Isaiah 60:22)*

*PEBBLES (MESSAGE)*
Good day Beloved, I pray the increase of God will come upon that which God has placed in your hand in Jesus name.
Beloved, nothing big starts big. Most great things begin small. If you must grow big, you must be willing to start small.

A mighty tree was once a tiny seed. The greatness of the tree was already hidden in the seed. Likewise, no matter how small your beginning may be, if you are planted and remain consistent, you will grow into greatness.

Small things can control big things. The Bible says, “Behold also the ships, which though they be so great... yet are they turned about with a very small rudder, wherever the pilot desires.” (James 3:4)

Every business empire you see today started small. Therefore, do not despise the days of small beginnings. If you despise small beginnings, you may miss great endings.

Although you are expected to start small, you are not expected to remain small. You can start local and grow global, but refuse to die local. Steady and sustainable enlargement comes through consistent growth.

When Jacob’s family went to Egypt, they were only seventy people, as written: “And all the souls that came out of the loins of Jacob were seventy souls.” (Exodus 1:5) Yet, in time, they multiplied greatly: “And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty.” (Exodus 1:7)

Start that business today. Stop waiting for huge capital. Rome was not built in a day, but it started with one step.

NOTE:
Why do you need to start small and grow big? Because it:
1. Eradicates the fear of failure. You have little to lose.
2. Enlarges your capacity for more. You cannot handle more than your capacity.
3. Gives room for personal growth. Your growth contributes to the growth of your business or career.
4. Sharpens your managerial skills. If you cannot manage small, you may not manage big.
5. Builds patience and consistency. Sustainable greatness comes through steady growth.

PRAYERS:
Father, I receive grace to take the little step and start small. I receive grace to encourage myself in the Lord and remain consistent until I become all You have destined me to be, in Jesus’ name.

PERSONAL CONFESSION:
I shall not fail my generation or disappoint God. I shall become a surprise to my world. I am empowered to take the bold step that will launch me into unlimited greatness, in Jesus’ name.

PEARL
Those who refuse to start small may remain small, while those who insist on starting big may wait all their lives and waste valuable time.

Theme : *BENEFITS OF FOLLOWING GOD'S LEADING*

*KEY TEXT:* *_Psalm 32:7-11_*
7 You are my hiding place; you shall preserve me from trouble; you shall surround me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go: I will guide you with my eye.
9 Be you not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, else they come not near unto you.
10 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusts in the LORD, mercy shall surround him.

*KEY VERSE:* *_There is a way which seems right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death_. (Proverbs 14:12)*

*PEBBLES (MESSAGE)*
Hello beloved. I pray that from today, every decision you make shall come effortlessly from God, in Jesus’ name.

The importance of God’s leading can never be overemphasized. Many suffer regrets today because they refused to heed godly counsel in time past.

Beloved, if you do not want to get lost in life or go the way of destruction, you must follow the Lord’s leading. No matter how fast you drive on the wrong road, you will never reach your destination.

It does not matter how good a plan looks; if it is not godly, it is not safe.

God did not create us to wander aimlessly. He has promised to lead His children: “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.” (Psalm 32:8)

God is faithfully committed to directing us. When He leads, even through the desert, He provides, as it is written, “And they did not thirst when He led them through the deserts; He caused the waters to flow from the rock for them...” (Isaiah 48:21)

God leads through the path of still waters: “...He leads me beside the still waters.” (Psalm 23:2). Still waters speak of peace, serenity, and quietness. Though there may be doubts in your mind, there will be peace in your spirit.

Furthermore, when God leads, your destination is guaranteed. He goes before you to straighten your path: “I will go before you and make the crooked places straight...” (Isaiah 45:2)

When He orders your steps, you cannot miss your way. The cheapest way to succeed in life is to be led by God. It may look like you are taking a wrong step, and people may call you names. Continue if you are sure God is ahead of you. The end will always justify the means.

NOTE:
To enjoy God’s direction, you must:
1. Become a child of God.
2. Pray and ask Him for the way to go.
3. Stand on your watch in the pages of the Bible to hear from Him. Behind God’s Word is God’s voice.
4. Obey His minor instructions so you do not miss major instructions.

PRAYERS:
Father, I surrender my will and plans to You. Lead me and guide me on the right path, in Jesus’ name.

PERSONAL CONFESSION:
I shall be led into my realms of breakthrough, exploits, and unquestionable dominion. I shall never experience stagnation or destruction again, in Jesus’ name.

PEARL
God may lead you round, but He can never lead you wrong. Trust His leading always.

Theme: *THE SPIRIT LED BELIEVERS*

*KEY TEXT:* *Romans 8:7-9*
7 - Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.
8 - So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
9 - But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.
*KEY VERSE* : *_For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God._ (Romans 8:14)*

*PEBBLES (MESSAGE)*
Hello, beloved. I pray that grace to do God's will shall continually abound in your life, in Jesus' name.

Spirit-led believers are the ones who can truly please God and live out the righteousness in them. The righteousness of God is in every child of God, but we must deliberately work it out by consistently choosing to be Spirit-controlled believers.

There is always a war between the flesh and our recreated spirit, as we read in our key text: "Because the carnal mind is enmity against God..." When we feed our spirit man with God's Word, it becomes stronger and easier to resist the flesh. Jesus told His disciples, "...the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak" (Matthew 26:41). This is the situation many believers find themselves in.

The most dangerous guide to follow as a believer is Mr. Flesh. It is written: For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live (Romans 8:13).

Righteousness is something we must practise, but we cannot do it in the energy of the flesh. It is written: "...Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts" (Zechariah 4:6).

Always remember that sin has pressure, and the pressure of sin is pleasure. People easily fall into sin because its pressure often appears pleasurable. That is why only a Spirit-filled believer can withstand the pressure of sin.

But It is written: Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You. (Psalm 119:11). You cannot resist the devil with physical strength but with inner strength, which is released through God's Word and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Maybe you have once said, "I didn't want to do it, but I was pressured." What happened was that you succumbed to pressure because your flesh had been overfed at the expense of your spirit.

Finally, be careful what you expose your mind to. When you constantly seek physical pleasure, you may eventually come under the pressure to satisfy the flesh.

NOTE
To be a Spirit-led believer, do the following:
1. Be born again.
2. Be baptized in the Holy Spirit.
3. Engage in continuous study of God's Word.
4. Be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
5. Be expectant to be led by the Holy Spirit.

PRAYERS:
Father, release Your grace upon me afresh to be a Spirit-led believer, so I can please You more and more in all I do, in Jesus' name.

PERSONAL CONFESSION:
I receive fresh empowerment to be a Spirit-led believer and live in righteousness for the rest of my life. I declare that I am free from every addiction and every pressure pushing me toward sin, in Jesus' name.

PEARLS
A Spirit-filled believer is a Word-filled believer. You cannot be truly led by the Spirit if you are not thoroughly filled with God's Word..

*KEY TEXT:* *(Exodus 3:2-4)*
2 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.
3 And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.
4 And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.

*KEY VERSE:* *_And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I._ - (Exodus 3:4)*

*PEBBLES (MESSAGE)*
Good day, friend. I pray that before this week is over, God will give you an encounter that will make an indelible mark on your life, in Jesus’ name.

We live in a time when many things are designed to grab our attention. Every day is crowded with issues and circumstances competing for our attention. We have given attention to many things that have led to distraction. But often, distraction breeds frustration. If your goal is distinction, be mindful of what takes your attention.

The truth is, God needs your undivided attention to get vital information across to you. God used the burning bush to get Moses’ attention: “So when the Lord saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said…” (Exodus 3:4).

However, just as God wants your attention, the devil is also seeking it.

Today, you can hardly walk a short distance without seeing something designed to grab your attention.

Giving attention to what really matters requires focus, discipline, and dedication. Consideration is the key to attention. Whatever you do not consider cannot get your attention.

Moses considered the great sight, and his attention was captured. As a result, he received divine instruction. The devil also got Eve’s attention through deception, and she began to consider what God had forbidden her to eat: “When the woman SAW that the tree produced fruit that was good for food, was attractive to the eye, and was desirable for making one wise, she took some of its fruit and ate it…” (Genesis 3:6, NET).

Never consider what you do not want to give attention to; simply pass by.

If you want to command attention, first give God your attention! Your attention can either detain you or help you attain your dream.

Therefore, let valuable things take your valuable time.

NOTE:
To do that, give attention to these things:
1. Give attention to God.
2. Give attention to yourself.
3. Give attention to your family.
4. Give attention to reading your Bible.
5. Give attention to studying generally.
6. Give attention to fellowship with God in prayer.
7. Give attention to your purpose or vision.

PRAYER:
Father, help me to remain focused and guarded against distractions of all kinds, in Jesus’ name.

PERSONAL CONFESSION:
My attention is sold out to God and His Kingdom alone. I am disciplined and focused. I shall not be distracted from my purpose in life, and I shall never be stagnated, in Jesus’ name.

PEARLS
If you want to command people’s attention, give God your attention!!

Theme : *PICTURING YOUR FUTURE*

*KEY TEXT:* *Genesis 37:5-8*
5 - Now Joseph had a dream, and he told it to his brothers; and they hated him even more.
6 - So he said to them, "Please hear this dream which I have dreamed:
7 - There we were, binding sheaves in the field. Then behold, my sheaf arose and also stood upright; and indeed your sheaves stood all around and bowed down to my sheaf."
8 - And his brothers said to him, "Shall you indeed reign over us? Or shall you indeed have dominion over us?" So they hated him even more for his dreams and for his words.

*KEY VERSE* : *_Then the LORD answered me and said: "Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it._ (Habakkuk 2:4)*

*PEBBLES (MESSAGE)*
Good morning beloved, I trust you're doing great. I pray what you need to see in order to be prepared for what God has for you this week and this month will be revealed to you in the name of Jesus.

Joseph was only seventeen when he began to see his future through dreams. Though his dreams attracted hatred and opposition, they eventually became a reality.
Jesus also knew His assignment early in life. At twelve, He said, “Did you not know that I must be about My Father’s business?” (Luke 2:49).
The truth is that you need a clear picture of where you are going before you can successfully get there. Success begins with knowing your destination and starting the journey on time.

Many people are going nowhere because they have no vision for where they want to go. It is difficult to pursue what you have not seen or envisioned. When you have a clear picture of your future, you will take your present seriously.

Joseph's dream attracted critics. His brothers wondered why he was different and eventually pushed him into hardship. Yet, what looked like a setback became a pathway to his destiny.
At the end, Joseph could say to his brothers, “You meant evil against me; but God meant it for good.” (Genesis 50:20).

Your dream may attract opposition, but don't allow criticism to kill your vision. Keep moving with God. What He has shown you may take time to manifest, but don't stop preparing for it.

NOTE:
Picturing where you are to be from where you are requires that you:
1. Ask God for a vision of your future.
2. Have kingdom-advancement dreams.
3. Focus on a specific vocation.
4. Set realistic goals and make plans for ex*****on.
5. Start the journey on time.
6. Avoid distractions and stay in your lane.

PRAYER:
Father, I receive fresh grace to conceive visions ordained to take me where You have destined me to be, in Jesus' name.

PERSONAL CONFESSION:
I shall not experience stagnation. The heavens over me shall remain open. All things shall work together for my good. I shall be strongly and strangely favoured, in Jesus' name.

PEARL
For things to fully take shape takes time. Therefore, start working on your future today. When you have a clear picture of your future, you will not play games with your present..

*KEY TEXT:* *Matthews 14:27-30*
27 - But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, "Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid."
28 - And Peter answered Him and said, "Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water."
29 - So He said, "Come." And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus.
30 - But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, "Lord, save me!"

*KEY VERSE* : *_But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, "Lord, save me!"_(Matthews 14:30)*

*PEBBLES (MESSAGE)*
Hello, beloved. I pray that your faith shall be empowered to neutralize every trace of fear in you, in Jesus’ name.

Faith and fear are diametrically opposed, and there are consequences to possessing either. It is either you are full of fear or full of faith at any given time.

In our key text, when Jesus asked Peter to come to Him on the water, Peter walked on water because his faith was triggered. He walked without sinking for as long as his faith was in charge. But the moment he entertained fear, his faith was weakened, and he began to sink.

Fear makes possible situations seem impossible, while faith makes impossible situations possible.

Fear is one of the tools the devil uses to oppress, while faith is the weapon that can neutralize such oppression. It is written: Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. (Ephesians 6:16)

Fear is a spirit, for it is written: For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)

Faith is also described as a spirit: We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak. (2 Corinthians 4:13)

Your faith influences your utterances, and fear can also influence your utterances. What fills your heart will eventually find expression through your words. (Matthew 12:34)

If you want to see how powerful fear can make the enemy seem, become fearful; and if you want to experience the power of God, be full of faith.

The enemy seeks to exploit your fear, while God responds to your faith. Both reveal the content of your heart and can influence what happens around your life.

Fear is triggered by listening to the voice of the devil, while faith is triggered by hearing the Word of God: So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17)

Fear is a force behind failure and defeat, while faith is a force behind victory and success. Fear or faith—the choice is yours. Fear not, only believe. (Mark 5:36)

NOTE:
Starve your fear, and your faith will increase by:
1. Storing the Word of God in your heart.
2. Praying always, especially in the Spirit.
3. Taking stock of the testimonies of the Lord.
4. Keeping company with faith-inclined people.

PRAYER:
Father, I refuse to be fearful. Please grant me grace to do all that will increase my faith and establish my victory, in Jesus’ name.

PERSONAL CONFESSION
My faith shall not fail; it shall deliver my victory. I shall no longer be fearful, but full of faith to live a triumphant life, in Jesus’ name.

PEARL
When your faith is unleashed, your fear goes into hiding. When fear is in charge, faith is discharged.

Theme: *KNOWING YOUR TRUE IDENTITY IN GOD -3*

*KEY TEXT:* *Genesis 1:26&27*
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

*KEY VERSE* : *_God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."_ (John 4:24)*

*PEBBLES (MESSAGE)*
Good day, beloved. I pray that the life of God will find expression in your life and destiny like never before, in Jesus’ name.

We are looking at the subject titled “Made in God’s Image.” As we have previously seen, this image refers to the spirit breathed into man after he was formed from the dust of the ground. It is written: “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” (Genesis 2:7)

I want to reiterate that God is Spirit, not flesh and blood. So, when He said, “Let us create man in our image,” He was not referring to man’s physical body, but to his spirit. That is why those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth (John 4:24).

Every child of God is born of the Spirit of God. Therefore, we are spirit beings, as it is written: “That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” (John 3:6)

The truth is, you are a spirit, you have a soul, and you live in a body. You are a spirit being; your body houses your spirit and makes you a human being.

You are not an ordinary human being; you are a spirit being in a body. As long as your spirit remains connected to the Spirit of God, exhibiting God’s nature will not be difficult.

This truth was difficult for the people in Jesus’ days to comprehend, as He declared, “I and My Father are one.” (John 10:30) Whatever my Father can do, I can do; and whatever I do, my Father inspires me to do.

This is the kind of thought that should rule your mind, as it is written: “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God.” (Philippians 2:5–6)

Please understand that we were created in God’s image to do His will on earth and fulfill our destiny.

You cannot be created in God’s image and still see yourself as a failure. God has put His Spirit in you. Greater is He who is in you (1 John 4:4). You are important to God, and He has placed you here to be a blessing to humanity, just as Jesus Christ was.

NOTE:
All you need to do is to:

1. Be born again.

2. Be filled with the Holy Spirit.

3. Renew your mind with the Word.

4. Be more conscious of your spirit than your body.

PRAYER:
Father, I reclaim my identity in You, in the name of Jesus. I command the eyes of my understanding to be opened, in Jesus’ name.

PERSONAL CONFESSION:
Because God is my Creator and Father, I am whatever He says I am, and I can have whatever He says I can have. I have His Spirit in me; therefore, I am not created to be a failure. I cannot fail in life, in Jesus’ name.

PEARL
Like begets like. A child is an expression and extension of his or her parents. You are an expression and extension of God..
