The 2023 Kwara North PDP Senatorial Candidate, Alhaji Adamu Isa Bawa has congratulated Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki on his 61st birthday.

In a congratulatory message he personally signed, Bawa described Saraki as a rare breed politician and consummate leader.

Eleven years ago we lost a legend, an astute leader, a philanthropist per exellence and a compassionate leader.

Baba Saraki was a blessing to entire Kwara State and beyond,he left an indelible mark in the history of this nation and posterity will always be kind to him.

Thousands of households that were touched by the philanthropic gestures of Baba Saraki will forever be grateful.

Baba Saraki was a father to the fatherless,he was mentor to many political and business actors, he was a bridge builder and an enthusiast of community development.

Baba Saraki during his life time coordinated and supervised a political structure that gave birth to what we have as a modern kwara today.

It was a politics of impact,politics of compassion,politics of empathy,politics of social and economic development during his reign which was adopted by his son, our leader,the President of the 8th National Assembly, Dr.Abubakar Bukola Saraki,CON

10th NASS Inauguration:Bawa Congratulates Sen.Sadiq Umar

The Kwara North PDP Senatorial Candidate in the last general election, Hon.Adamu Isa Bawa has congratulated the Senator representing Kwara North Senatorial District, Senator Sadiq Umar on his inauguration for the second term as Kwara North Senator in the 10th National Assembly.

In a statement he personally signed, Bawa aknowledged Senator Sadiq Umar's effort in the last four years and charged him to do more for the people of Kwara North who gave him another four years mandate.

Recall that Hon.Adamu Isa Bawa contested the Kwara North senate seat with Senator Sadiq Umar in the last general election.

Bawa attends PDP National Retreat for Elected Officials at Bauchi.

Hon.Adamu Isa Bawa,the Kwara North PDP Senatorial Candidate in the last election who doubled as the PDP National Ex-officio for North Central attended the National PDP special retreat at Bauchi State.

The special retreat which was orgainsed at Bauchi State for NASS-Elect members( Senate and House of Representatives) of the PDP was aimed at bringing together party members from different constituencies to engage in constructive dialogue, strategic planning and policy formulation.

The retreat agenda also included Insightful sessions on policy development, effective governance, grassroots engagements and party-building strategies.

*Bawa Condoles with the People of Shao on Ohoro of Shao's death*

The PDP senatorial candidate in the last election, Alhaji Adamu Isa Bawa has condoled with the people of Shao community and its environs over the death of Kabiesi, Ohoro of Shao, (Oba) Dr.Salman Bamidele Alabi Adegbite.

Bawa described the late Kabiesi as a great community leader, bridge builder and a father to all, who accommodated everyone.

Eid-el-Fitr: Bawa Congratulate Muslims

Bawa Will Make A Good Senator

When you take cursory look at the political ascension of Hon. Adamu Isa Bawa, you will notice a man whose career in leadership and public service has followed an upward progression due to his dedication to service to humanity.

He has performed wonderfully well in all public offices he has held. As Commissioner for rural development, Bawa facilitated the electrification of many rural communities, construction and rehabilitation of rural and township roads as well as provision of drinkable water.

Similarly, when he was commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs, he oversaw the recognition and upgrading of many traditional rulers across the state, he ensured good working relationship between the traditional institutions and the government especially in curbing the menace of insecurity across the sixteen local governments.

Before his resignation as a board member of National Hospital, Abuja where he spent three years, he facilitated internship, permanent appointment of about sixteen medical doctors and nurses from Kwara North senatorial district.

Hon.Adamu Isa Bawa is a party man,he served the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP as local government party chairman,he was also the state deputy chairman and later became the state Ag.Chairman who ensured perfect coordination of the party and let the party to victory in the 2011 and 2015 general elections.

Hon. Adamu Isa Bawa's wealth of experience is also a pointer to the fact that he is a community development expert and a people focused administrator who is in touch with the needs and understands the aspirations of his people. A bridge-builder who connects with both the visions of the youths and adult population thereby facilitating and adherently pursuing their interests at every given opportunity.

No doubt, Bawa will make a good senator for the people of Kwara North who are in dire need of impactful representation at the red chamber.

The PDP senatorial candidate for Kwara North, Hon. Adamu Isa Bawa expresses dismay as he empathize with the people of Kwara North on the state of Kaiama - Baruten Local Government road and the poor hygiene of the community water.

Bawa pledges to make facilitation of the rehabilitation of both the road project and provision of hygienic water his number one priority if elected as senator representing Kwara North in February by the grace of God.

Bawa unveils billboards in Moro Local Government

Today, the Kwara North PDP Senatorial Candidate, Alhaji Adamu Isa Bawa was at Malete Junction, Oloko and Ejidongari to unveil billboards sponsored by former House of Assembly member, Hon.Raliat Aremu Adifa and Hon. Nasir Aremu Adifa.

The billboards which were erected in strategic locations in the local government is aimed at showcasing the faces of the PDP candidates for the upcoming election.

Hon. Raliat Aremu Adifa while addressing the gathering emphasized on why the people of Moro should vote for PDP in the upcoming general election. She recounted the achievements of the PDP in Moro local government during their administration and particularly now that Moro Local Government is having a House of Representatives Candidate under PDP.

Hon. Bawa appreciated Hon. Raliat and Nasir Adifa for supporting their campaigns with the billboards and promised to offer an impactful representation if elected.

Bawa Attends Kiwozi's Wedding Nikkah at Jebba

The PDP senatorial candidate for Kwara North, Alhaji Adamu Isa Bawa on Saturday attended the Kiwozi of Wajibe, Alhaji Ahmed Ibn Muhammed's wedding Nikkah.

The wedding ceremony which took place today at colony area of Jebba, had in attendance former deputy speakers, Rt. Hon. Abubakar Sukababa and Rt.Hon.Mathew Okedare, former Kwara State House of Assembly members, Hon. Abdurahman Abdulrafiu, Hon. Usman Adamu, Hon. Abdullahi Taiwo Abdulrasheed, Hon.Ba'aziki Suleiman and Hon.Babatunde Muhammed.

Also in attendance were Oba Yoruba of Kaiama, Dan Galadima of Kaiama, the TIC Chairman of Kaiama Local Government, Kabaruki of Kaiama, Dallatu of Kaiama among others.

Alhaji Adamu Isa Bawa in his congratulatory remark said he is elated to have witnessed the Nikkah and prayed for a lasting marriage between the newly wedded.
