Isaiah 49:15-16
15. Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne?
Though she may forget, I will not forget, I will not forget you!
16. See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.
Do you know what it means for a thing to be engraved on the palm?. That means that person carries it everywhere and it's with him all the time.
So if God says " You've been engraved on his palm", then you should never panick again. He didn't say your name has been engraved, he said "YOU" which means the name is there but that's not all. It's means I have engraved your person, your image, your case, your circumstances, your sins, your temptations, your weaknesses, your wants, your works; I have engraved YOU means every single thing about you has been put together there on his palm.
Then why should you still think God has forsaken you when he has engraved all that concerns you on his palm?
