The news about Ogogo honestly made me so, so sad.
This is a man many of us grew up watching. A true legend of Nigerian cinema, whose talent has brought laughter, emotion, wisdom, and unforgettable moments into our homes for decades.
It is especially heartbreaking to hear about the seriousness of his illness. Cancer is such a difficult journey, not only for the person going through it, but for everyone who loves them.
At a time like this, more than anything, I just want to send love and prayers to Ogogo and his family.
May God strengthen him.
May God strengthen his children and everyone caring for him.
May God give his medical team wisdom.
May doors open for every resource and treatment he needs.
And above all, may God grant him divine healing.
Ogogo is a legend. He has given so much of himself to his craft and to generations of Nigerians. Now, I pray that we surround him with the same love he has received from us on our screens all these years.
Please keep him in your prayers.
May mercy speak.
May grace abound.
May strength come where there is weakness.
And may this story end in testimony.
