HOW TO MAKE KUNU AYA (TIGER NUT DRINK)

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of Tiger Nuts (Dried or Fresh)

• 1 medium Ginger

• 10 Dates (Or less)

• 1 Coconut (Crack the shell and extract the flesh for blending)

Directions:

Step 1:
Soak the tiger nuts in clean water Overnight (if you are using the dry tigernuts)

Step 2:
Rinse the soaked tigernuts and place in a blender.
- Remove the seeds from the dates, wash and place in the blender.
- Peel and pour your diced coconut in the blender as well then add the skinned ginger, a little water or the coconut water and blend smooth.

Step 3:
With a Pap/Cheese cloth, strain the milk into a bowl.
-The first milk strained would be thick then you place the chaff back into the blender, add some more water, blend & strain again till the whole milk is extracted.
(Don't make the kunu aya too light for a better taste)

Step 4:
Place the extracted milk drink in a refrigerator to chill up.

but he is one among the people that so much believe in traditions in the land of Shiloh, Earnest explain everything, I mean all discussion he had with his wife Sharon,

Obina shakes his head hearing that from his friend Earnest, telling him that your wife's decision is the best decision,

rejecting her decision is totally wrong to me, I will have advise you to go and see the wise one or native doctor over the issue of your wife of not conceiving a baby on a supposed time,

Earnest get confused after hearing such advise from his friend Obina, cos normally He doesn't like anything partennin native doctor,

Earnest left his friend Obina without uttering any word, and went back home, as he reached, his wife is sleeping very deep to an extent she couldn't notice the arrival of her husband EARNEST,

EARNEST went into deep thought over the advise given by his friend Obina which is similar to his wife decision, could this be right or wrong?? EARNEST asked himself,🤔

oh on this matter, what should I do?? how and where should I start? he kept asking himself, keep thinking to an extent evening is approaching, and his wife Sharon is still sleeping,

he wondered if all is well with his wife cos her actions that very day is so strange to him, he decided to go and prepare a meal for them since the wife is sleeping, he prepared arish pototo and beans for them kept it untill his...... don't miss out episode 3..

There was a time when people lived happily and calm in the land called Shiloh.. in those days, people were enjoying being together in love and harmony, in that land, there is a family man named EARNEST, Earnest is a man of honest and right heart, he has a wife called Sharon, one day, Earnest wife (Sharon) got pregnant, and it reached the month she supposed to conceived, but seems like no sign of conceiving the child, Earnest was bothered thinking that something must be wrong somewhere, in that land of Shiloh, there is nothing like hospital or clinic, in that city, 90 percent of them believe in tradition and native doctors, so whenever ever such issues of life stuff arise, the people in there have no choice than to go to see the eye of the god or native doctor. Sharon now met her husband telling him that they should go and consult the native doctor over the issue of not conceiving on the supposed time, Earnest responded to her saying, woman, such things is normal In life, I don't think this will be great issue after all you will not be like this forever, I am pretty sure one day no matter how long it will take, you will cornceive your baby, but going to native doctor have never been in my agenda, even though we should do, I won't be comfortable with it, I will appreciate if you can calm down and endure as we keep believing and trusting in time. ok fine, your wishes is my command, Sharon responded with a smiling on her face.
