I beg God all mighty to take my life the day I stop or can’t help people anymore. - Dr. Emmanuel N Musa
This is the saying of a young man who worked very hard for his wealth, work very hard for his influence, worked very hard to reach where he is; yet chooses to share everything with others ‘doesn’t matter if you are his tribe, religion, friend or foe, family or not, rich or poor; to him all that matters is he put a smile on the next person’s face.
This is someone not holding any government office or appointment, this is someone not in anyway obligated to care if your children go to school or not, yet he build class rooms blocks across communities not even remembered by the government.
Is not his place to see you nor your family members get off the streets and get a job; yet only God knows how he put in everything just to secure employment opportunities for thousands of youths across Adamawa state and beyond.
Should I also talk about the thousand of women he empowered with startup capital and business tools?
Or should I talk about the God knows how many he has given opportunities to without nobody even knowing which am proudly one of those people.
Or should I bring up the mosques this young man helped renovated even with him being a christian?
Should I go further bring the over a hundred communities he brought free boreholes to or the communities he facilitated electricity for or the Food and nonfood items distributions where over 30,000 thousands benefited.
The list can go on and on as only God knows how many million people are currently benefiting directly or indirectly from the gentleman.
Or should I also add the hundreds or cars and motorcycles he shares among his followers, other NGO groups, community leaders and religious leaders?
These are all done by one man, one 36year old man with nothing but a good heart of caring and a very vocal advocate of good governance.
I can promise you all these I mentioned are not even 50% of what this young man has done and is still doing.
If Adamawa state doesn’t celebrate him I wonder what they will be celebrating.
Dr. Emma once told me ‘idan ina tare da mutum kuma naga baya ci gaba fita harkan shi nake yi, ina so naga idan Ina tare da kai kullum ka ta ci gaba’
Translation ‘I want everyone around me to be progressing in life, anytime I see someone that is with me and not progressing I leave that person’.
What these means is you can’t be around him and not progress because he know the level of opportunities he opens up for his people.
I am also happy to unveil our stamp and slogan;
YOUTH IN MOTION, POWER IN ACTION
