A total of ₦68.3 million was paid to Mackong Emporium Concepts Ltd to build an access road leading to the Nyemdung Small Earth Dam in Mangun, Plateau State.

We checked and confirmed that work has started — the road is being graded, drainage is in place, and about half of it has been asphalted.

However, we found out that the contractor has not been seen on site since February 2025.

We are calling on the Lower Benue River Basin Development Authority, which is in charge of the project, to bring the contractor back to complete the work.

Mangu Skills Connect has been a great blessing to mangu and it environs.

I’m excited to join in on Showcase Day — and today, I’m sharing not just a project, but a hope and a need.

At ManguSkillsConnect, we run a free school for underprivileged children and adults — including orphans, widows, street children, and IDPs. Our mission is to build a peaceful, responsible society by equipping even the least with elite skills, discipleship, and mentorship — guided by Love, Free-Dom, and Light.

✨But today, I’m showcasing our biggest current challenge: our school building is at the mercy of the weather.
It’s a clay structure with no roof, and each rainfall is a threat to the space where futures are being rebuilt.

Here’s a photo of our classroom space — humble, yet filled with passion, learning, and laughter. We need help roofing this building before it's too late.
