Have you made up your mind over and over again to do something but over time, your energy wanes down?
Setting a goal isn't enough-building a system is.
Goals are all about the results you want to see, while systems are structures that accommodate processes that lead to those results.
For instance, if you're a student, your goal is to come out with good grades, the system is the way you manage your time efficiently to read as you should.
If your goal is to grow financially, the system is how you handle your finances and invest/save more than you spend.
If your goal is to grow spiritually, the system is how you spend time with God daily, growing in the word, in prayers and intentionally walking by the Spirit.
Let me shock you: If you have goals without a working system, you won't get results, but it's possible to get results with a system in place, even without set goals.
Does it mean goals are useless? Of course not—they help to keep the focus.
But systems are best if your intention is to have results in the end.
Do you have a working system?
