*When the Table Shook: A Sharp Response to the Political Panic in Bassa/Jos North* Date: July 2025.
This article was written by the mugani a kasa tNakande 2027 support group. Our principal has remained focused on service, but we will not let disinformation, political gaslighting, or character assassination go unanswered. Let facts — not fear — shape the conversation.
*BACKGROUND: WHAT TRIGGERED THE MELTDOWN?*
Our political review, *“Who Deserves to Lead Bassa/Jos North?”* was an open, issue-based look at public figures seeking to represent the constituency in 2027.
We examined their track records, credibility, and connection to the people.
What followed?
Gwani’s team launched personal attacks.
Wada Kawu’s camp dismissed facts with arrogance.
Oga Perfect’s team issued a thinly veiled warning.
Clearly, the truth shook the table.
Now we’re responding — not with drama, but evidence and impact.
*Part 1:* Hon. Gwani’s Camp: When the Past Won’t Let You Breathe.
Gwani’s camp, led by one Abu Maleek MJ, couldn’t manage a fact-based rebuttal. Instead, they insulted *Tijjani Nakande* , his family, and tried to bury facts under emotional noise.
But let’s set the record straight — with precision.
*Tijjani Nakande* did *NOT* “fail woefully” — he won his Garba Daho ward during the 2022 APC primaries for Jos North-West, with a 3–2 vote margin. He has never cross-carpeted too.
Hon. Gwani’s Election Track Record:
Lost in PDP,
Moved to APC — lost in APC primaries
Jumped to PRP — begged for the ticket, ran in the general election and lost at the polls.
Got into the House via court judgment, not ballot.
Lost again in 2023 (still under PRP)
Went back to court — and lost again.
Returned to APC (again) for 2027.
This isn’t strategy — it’s survival.
They claim he’s “the people’s choice,” yet his only success came from the courtroom, not the ballot box.
Age vs. Capacity: A False Argument.
They keep saying our principal is “a child.” But we ask again:
How old is Gwani, really?
Is he 65? 70? 50? Or just clinging to outdated political relevance?
The reality: *Tijjani Dasuki* is responsibly married, experienced, and established — both in public service and development work. He’s not a boy. He’s just not desperate for recycled power.
Philanthropy or PR Parade?
They say Gwani “doesn’t do philanthropy for clout.” Yet every bag of rice, every wrapper, every school donation hits Facebook before the community. That’s not generosity — that’s campaigning on autopilot. And they quote former Speaker Gbajabiamila’s “praise” — one sentence. But what about the lack of any traceable project, motion, or bill during his 6–7 month stay in the National Assembly?
Empty praise. Empty chair.
And yes — if you’re wondering, he ( *tnakande* ) uses AI tools to communicate clearly and professionally. Because the future belongs to those who are prepared — not those who fear progress.
