Trefuego-20 year old (indie TikToc artist) who did the viral song "90mh" has just been sued by Sony for 850,000. (He made 750,000). Since he didn't have all the money, Sony is taking all he made, half of his publishing royalties and 20% of his recording revenue eternally for this song. What he bought from an online producer had a sample of Sony's music in it and it was unnoticed.

Yall keep using these free Youtube beats, using beat sites etc. because its cheaper to avoid paying a producer to customize your music for you. We warned y'all about this years ago, now its in full effect. The majors are coming and they are watching y'all and waiting until you blow up to take your money. You better get music customly done.
