Okayyyyy π Letβs talk about money, not just making it, but keeping it.
When I first started my liquid soap business, I was so excited.
Orders were coming in, customers were happy, and every day felt like progress.
It was my little empire in the making.
But then something happenedβ¦
Money started flowing in, and I started spending.
Not recklessly, but carelessly.
A little here, a little there.
I told myself, βI deserve it. After all, I worked hard for it.β
Until one day, I looked at my account balance and realizedβ¦
I had made so much, yet owned so little.
That was when it hit me
I knew how to make money,
but I didnβt know how to manage it.
You see, most of us were only taught how to earn and spend,
but never how to make money serve us.
In business, we were taught:
if you ever need to touch money,
spend from your profits, not your capital.
Because your capital is the lifeblood of your business
once you drain it, your business bleeds.
So before you make your next financial decision, pause and ask yourself:
π What is my business goal?
π What is my financial goal?
π What is my future goal?
Because every dime you earn should have a direction,
a mission,
a reason for existing.
I learned that lesson the hard way
but it changed my entire mindset.
Now, instead of working for money,
Iβm building systems that make money work for me.
